Großartige Lage direkt am Strand, traumhafter privater Bereich mit Palmen, Hängematten und Liegen, super Frühstück, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, auf jeden Fall eine Buchung wert
Ja, es ist nebenan ein Beachclub, aber wir hatten Glück mit dem Zimmer (kostenloses Upgrade) und den Rest kriegt man mit Ohrstöpseln geregelt. Nochmal: Es lohnt sich!

Desayuno excelente, solo un día solicité chilaquiles con arrachera y sin preguntarme me sirvieron huevos, los huevos me provocan náusea, se disculparon que la arrachera se le había terminado, pero no puede ellos elegir huevos sin preguntarme, por qué tal vez sea alérgico y el contacto con el resto de los alimentos las proteínas del huevo puedo resultar fatal, el hotel no cuenta con piscina y se es indispensable por qué al agua del mar no estaba como en verano, estaba fría y era un buen momento para estar en la piscina,.
El trato espectacular de todo el personal sin excepción. pero Óscar y la chica de recepción mis felicitaciones y mi admiración una atención y un trato espectacular, mejor que en mi casa.
No poder dormir para descansar, a lado está un establecimiento o "antro" con música hasta muy "entrada" la noche, alrededor de 3 o 4 am, hubo noches que no pudimos dormir y como resultado no descansamos que debe ser en mi particular punto de vista, en vacaciones, descansar.
Que el hotel no tiene piscina.
Poca ventilación a las habitaciones, y sin protección, si abres la ventana quién te asegura no nadie va a entrar por la ventana.
Creo no volveré a hospedarme ahí. Por el ruido de la música y no dejan dormir, aunque muy amables, nos ofrecieron tapones para los oídos no ayudaron mucho los tapones.
El hotel no cuenta con playa y no tiene Club de Playa, justo "enfrente del hotel una persona renta los camastros por 200 pesos por todo el día", y lo pongo entre comillas por que no me causó mucha seguridad, si esa persona puede colocar sus camastros y rentarlos por qué el hotel no hace lo mismo con servicio en la playa?

the location of the hotel is really great
it doesn’t have tv in the bedroom, wich I think is needed because our staying took place during a storm so there was no chance to go out, also the bathrooms are too small

Great location, beachfront and close to everything from the Holbox letters to some great places, staff is super helpful and has awesome attitude.
The room is a little basic but it has everything you need for a few nights

Poor experience, the person in the counter was friendly but that's about it.
The room was dirty, the shower walls an all over needed to be clean, same goes for the room, very noisy outside with very loud music at night, only sheets on bed, don't expect a blanket... Poor recommendation for touring the owner of the tour is very rude, the hotel has racoons running around all day and the beach in front of the hotel is not recommended for swimming.

Sea on reach - only some steps.
Hotel is close to central tourist zone, ideal for walking each evening.
You will not need the car during whole vacation period.
Very friendly personnel.
The Mexican breakfast was really divine.
Only one small insufficiency - although muffled, but still existing music noise from the bars around during the night.

Loved it! Perfect location for access to beach and both beach and town life. GREAT breakfast in a most beautiful outdoor setting facing the beach. Very clean, nice grounds with areas for relaxing with hammocks. Room is simple, but perfect for those who will probably be out and about-but also comfy beds and nice shower and AC. Super nice and helpful staff!

- Way too loud all the way until 3-4am you can hear extremely noisy music from bars next door and from the beach
- rooms are small and have pretty much nothing except beds , night-table, 2 mirrors, a small sink , shower / toilet , one lightswitch and a bar with some hangers … below basic
- i’ve expected some comfort … beds were firm but ok . no blanket just a thin sheet .
- too overpriced for just offering a beachfront room and free complimentary water dispenser in the lobby …
- no restaurant / bar

The hotel was across from the beach - 2 seconds walk, (which had beach beds to hire which is the cheapest on the beach), had a cafe on-site - recommend the fruit bowls which were delicious. If you arrive early you’re able to leave your cases until check in.
Hotel is brilliant, powerful shower which I much appreciated when it’s very hot outside!
the Hotel is rustic and has an island vibe complete with outdoor hammocks and pretty lights of a night time.
perfect for backpackers that now have children.
Do recommend taking ear plugs as there’s music from neighbouring bars but the AC usually blocks this out.
Had the best time, staff were all lovely and attentive - thank you all for the best stay and hope to see you again.

I like the restaurant’s breakfast next door. It was included in our stay but you have to check because not all stays include it.
They emailed us a flyer of activities we could do and one included bike rentals at the hotel, when we went and asked front staff said the amount on the flyer was incorrect. But he had a printed flyer with 2022 year on it and he said that one had the correct prices. Didn’t honor the prices they had just sent and the bicycles were all messed up. Also rooms where horrible Just a little thin blanket with uncomfortable beds, no TV to help with the noise from outside. Staff was not friendly and had an I don’t care attitude, no intention to make stay better. The only good thing was the restaurant next door and that the hotel was across the street from the beach.

If you want to sleep at night this is not the place for you . A cute place stuck in the middle of many bars loud music all night the base was so strong. The place itself is very nice . Rooms clean . Staff very nice .

Location and proximity to town.
I felt like I was staying in a private room hostel with less amenities.
I can handle basic rooms, but they need to be clean and at least have somewhere to put your belongings. There was no nightstand or bedside lamp. Three hangers. Not a hook in sight to hang your towel or maybe some clothes or a jacket. No where to put toiletries. The shelf above the closet had huge slats so things fell through. The bathroom was cement……which is a porous material, so I don’t know how you sanitize that? The shower was a pipe from the ceiling, for someone who doesn’t wash their air everyday, it was impossible to just wash off without getting your hair wet.

Property was basically on the beach, great location.
The room had no wardrobes, only one very small bedside shelf, and when we first arrived all the bedding was soaking wet from damp.

The hostel has a good location and very close to the beach. the room was clean and well equiped. the staff is professional and attentive. the breakfast offered is one of the best you can find on the island!

Only one power outlet in the room for charching our devices. Only one small table to lay bags on, so had to have them lying on the floor

The breakfast was very good. It is on downtown near many restaurants and stores and a walking (1km) distance of the Ferry terminal.
It is not a "beachfront"hotel. There is a street and then, on the beach there is a bar that also rents shaded lounges. Room was small and there was no chair or table, no water jar, no decoration at all, When showering water turned from hot to cold for a few minutes before turning back to hot. There were pebble stones on the floor of the shower that looked good but didn't feel good on the feet. Only two shower towels, no hand towels and only two pillows. Only a small trash basket on the toilet but not in the room and the nearby bay kept pumping music until sunrise every night. The lavatory was small and without cabinet.

Location was perfect , a stones throw from the beach . nice big room and comfortable bed . staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was also very strong which I wasn’t expecting .hammocks to chill and read in the garden . bikes available for hire . it was close to a great coffee shop for a morning cold brew !!!
I liked everything . The air conditioning could have been better , but it didn’t bother me as it made the room cool enough. I read reviews that the location was noisy , but it was nothing too crazy and to be expected for a holiday island . I slept very well over the 4 nights I stayed there .

Everything within influence of the hotel is good. Location, super friendly staff, drinkwater available, nice beds and rooms.
The great location also means proximity to the bars who play music loudly until 5 in the morning. The earplugs the hotel provides help a lot, but it was still hard to get a good night's rest. The staff mentioned this is the worst in high season (dec-jan).
