Awesome location, our hostess couldn't do enough for us. House is decorated beautifully. Very happy we stayed here

We chose this property due to the room arrangement and the quiet/safe-looking neighborhood. This property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, located extremely close to the Hermitage, and within very convenient distance of restaurants, grocery, etc. It was very clean and fully stocked. Our party of five ranged from 10 years old to 72 years old, and the property suited our family perfectly in terms of sleeping arrangements. It was too cold outside when we stayed to use the exterior features of the property but they looked very nice! I recommend this place if you are looking for something outside of downtown with a lot of bedrooms that's close enough to drive in and do things downtown during the day!

Very nice house in a very convenient location. I travel often and this is one of the nicer houses we've got over the years. Lauren is great!!!

Stayed here with three other friends for a conference and we enjoyed it. The hostess was wonderful and had everything ready. The back yard was awesome even though we didn’t have time to enjoy it much. Great bird watching opportunities. Easy to find and check in and out.

We loved the location and the neighborhood was very quiet! The screened in porch was great to sit out in at night and morning coffee! It was great having a house with each our own bedrooms. She would respond immediately if I ever needed information! We would definitely stay here again!

Lauren’s place was great. Less than 30 minutes to Nashville and in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, stores and things to do. Lauren is an excellent communicator and offers many ideas for the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our hostess went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as well as advice on what to see and do. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed a rental with EVEry amenity. Even had breakfast option for us and real cream for our coffee.

Lauren was a great host. She communicated with us to make sure we checked in OK. She provided ideas of activities for the area. Communication with Lauren was excellent. The house was a great place for our family to stay while in Nashville. We would like to stay there again.

It was a wonderful vacation and we hate to leave.

With short notice (1 day) a couple of friends and I found this house and booked it for a weekend get away. Lauren had it ready to go that afternoon. We loved the house and it was very spacious. Great neighborhood also. She communicated very well with me on what to do and even gave us recommendations on things to do. 5/5 and I’m not just say that.

Lauren is the nicest and friendliest and most generous host ever. She was more than happy to communicate with us and help us and give us flexible check-in and check-out. She left a bottle of wine for us. Her house has a great layout and is in a nice neighborhood in a nice area. We loved her screened in back porch and the hammock and bird feeders in the back yard. It is not well with my soul to give her less than a five star rating since I liked her so very much but, I am a clean freak. Furthermore, I have only given one five star review ever and I use VRBO a lot. Five star should be perfection - right? For me, I just couldn’t give the cleanliness a high rating. I informed Lauren about one of the issues and she said she’d get on it. I also think there is too much stuff on the counter and table tops and in refrigerator (four ketchups, three mustards, so much that there is no room in the refrigerator door for any of our stuff). Too much stuff on the beds (decorative pillows and fancy pillow shams and dry-clean-only-type bedspreads that probably never get washed). I think Lauren is trying to make her place look nice and provide extras for her guests which is super sweet. Overall I’d love to stay again but in all honesty cleanliness gets two-three stars. Like I said I am a clean freak and I suffer from must and mold induced headaches so not everyone will be as picky as me. Overall, Lauren is a wonderful host and I am a fan of her house. Needs a good deep clean throughout, a clutter reduction, and a refrigerator purge and then five stars.

Lauren is a wonderful host! Her property is beautiful and very clean. 4 bedrooms and she has a washer/dryer. She has plenty of room To eat meals with a kitchen and outdoor enclosed porch. We look forward to a return visit.

Lauren is extremely friendly and hospitable Fresh flowers, a bottle of red, popcorn, coffee and miscellaneous food were waiting for us. Easy check in and great communication. Our golfing group will be back. Did I mention that they had a few sleep number beds. Very handy after 36 holes if golf each day. Thanks so much
