Alain est un hôte très gentil et disponible

Alain is a super host. He is very responsive and accurate with the details of the operations of the apartment. Everything was walking distance, groceries, restaurants, beach, even the town of Menton was close by. Apartment is equipped nicely and spacious. The plus was the parking available. We enjoyed it very much, hope to go back there soon.

It can get a bit noisy on the street, but if you close the window, it's fine.

Nice modern apartment, close to the sea

Small balcony that is shared with a couple living next door. Parking is no longer free in the area and the free parking space belonging to the apartment is underground, small and not suitable for SUV’s.

Alain was very helpful. Apartment is very modern, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Lights are also great. It is very well located for the beaches and hiking on the Sentier du Corbusier. It is also very near from train or bus station to airport.

Perfect location right next to the Carnoles train station. Apartment has all necessary facilities for cooking, all furniture and accesories are new. Apartment is very nice, modern and bright. Beddings and towels are fresh and avilable for each guest including big and small towels. Communications with the host was very smooth and pleasant. Pick up of the keys easy and hassle-free. Than you for everything, Alain!

Everything, excellent cosy and in good condition apartment with good access to every place: beach, railway station, bus stops, restaurants, close to Menton, Monaco etc... and a very friendly host. BTW the shadеs on the roof window worked and I had a good sleep on the upper floor :)

I liked everything there. One thing that I did not realize when booking the apartment that it was on the second floor. Though it was not a problem for us at all, but at the moment of our late arrival I was confused as I did not know which door I should try to open. I've got good information concerning receiving the key from a safety box, but it took some time for me to figure it out how to get to the box, as I did not expect the gate is open and did not even try it :)
