Si vous pensiez arriver dans un établissement correcte ce n’est pas le cas. Nous arrivons à l’hôtel et on nous conduit à notre chambre. On rentre dedans la déception assurée. Vous arrivez dans un espace EHPAD. Une odeur à vomir, des moisissures aux murs, des poils noirs et épais dans les draps sans compter de soulever le protège matelas.. bref à vomir. (Voir photo et encore je ne peux pas tout mettre). Nous voulons aérer la chambre, une odeur d’égout nous parviens aux narines. Pour vous dire ça nous a vidé de nos forces avec mon amie. Ensuite nous prenons la décision d’aller voir la réception en expliquant que ce n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos de la chambre, etc etc. La réceptionniste nous dit que c’est impossible pour elle de nous changer de chambre car l’hôtel est complet. Dieu merci j’ai pris en photo la chambre, je lui montre la comparaison de ce que nous aurions dû avoir et ce que nous avons actuellement. Soudain, finalement j’ai une chambre de libre. Finalement nous sommes conduit à une nouvelle chambre qui est conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Passons .. les draps ont quand même des poils. Une manque d’hygiène sans nom. Nous passons notre nuit…. Parlons de l’insonorisation… vos voisins sont dans vos chambres on entend absolument tout je n’ai jamais vécu ça dans un hôtel.. Pour vous dire on entendait le réveil des voisins à en perdre la tête.. Bref c’était médiocre Merci à la réceptionniste qui a fait au mieux.

The accommodation is next to the beach. This is the only advantage.

The "apartment" is very small, and poorly equipped. It has only two small windows, so it is very dark.There was no cloth dryer rack, we cannot dry the wet towels and bath suits. From the kitchen several essential items are missing. There was no microwave oven, there was no deep dish, etc. The wifi was extremely slow

The view was nice, we had side view. Stuff was very kind and they speak good English.

I didn’t like the accomodation. It was a terrible smell in the room so we had to bring some car perfume in order to cover the bad smell. The balcony was so close to our neighbours so you cannot have any privacy. I do not recommended.

The location

The staff! The receptionist that welcomed me at the check in was horrible! She make me feel very unwelcome and she was very arrogant. The only good service that I had was the receptionist in the morning that was very sweet and she give me one extra hour before the check out.

as per usual, you think you are booking a room from the picture and on arrival you discover being allocated a very different room. But the room was ok. The bed was almost comfortable:-) Importantly, the location is superb! it’s 3 km walk from the Menton old town where many restaurants are located, but here there are a few lovely restaurants on the terraces overlooking the sea. Lovely menus! The area is much quieter so we preferred to stay here , on the beach, during the day and to walk to the old Menton town in the evening

Great location only 2minutes from beach promenade and 400 meters from Carnoles train station (8 Min to Monaco by train!), very reasonable prices

Room a bit basic, however bedsheets & towels were new and in excellent condition
