The location was great, right smack in the middle of where everything is.

1. Provision of Kitchen Towel for drying and wiping 2. Respond to our request for (1) 3. Wash Basin in the Common Bath is too small 4. Shower door leaks when showering, water overflow onto the entire bathroom floor 5. Some hooks for clothes in this toilet as well as toilet paper holder would be good 6. Extra Sheet and blanket should be provided for the Sofa Bed 7. Sofa Bed has sunken, rather uncomfortable

A few mentioned about the leaky shower, unfortunately it’s just how the shower is designed which doesn’t seal the side completely hence water leaking from shower inevitable (especially if you just the rain shower head)

The location

The fact that we turned up to the office and were told to take a 4 stop tram ride to get to the property. They said it was because of the Pope’s visit but certainly didn’t mention this when I booked. No apology - just ‘here is your key find your house. I would have cancelled immediately had I known. The second bedroom was tiny. Pillows and linen unclean. Yuk. Suitcases had to be kept outside. No luggage racks anywhere. The bathrooms were dirty. There was no soap or wash. The shower flooded in the tiny bathroom. The sink was a bird bath and you had to stick your head under the mirror to brush your teeth. The air conditioner was stuck on 24 and they said they would send someone but it was never fixed. The kitchen had no detergent, no washing powder. The coffee machine was the first ever invented copy of a Nespresso with no pods supplied. There was absolutely NO thought or care put into this property. And to top it all off 2 couples paid over 1600 euros For 3 nights. The worst place we have stayed in our 4 weeks of travelling.

Great central location if you don't want to have to jump into buses, metro or taxi all the time.

I would start by saying that the apartment has a lot of potential but the company that administers it (Homing) does a terrible job and does not pay attention to the guests or to the status of the apartment. - The check-in was the worst I ever experienced with booking, we had to go and pick up the key, we were told we could go to the apartment from 16:00 onwards and it would be clean but it wasn't, only 1 key provided for 4 adults, and last but not least, no information provided regarding recycling even though there is a room in the building for that (the law states that this info needs to be provided and visible BTW) - Cleaning was done late (the apartment was only fully clean at 17:30), with us in the apartment and badly done - The apartment is not maintained at all, has leaks in the shower, the drains are clogged, the kitchenware is minimal and full of scratches (pans), no kitchen cloth to dry dishes, no detergent whatsoever (does every guest buy one all the time??? what do you do with the leftovers?) - No place to put your clothes in the smaller bedroom - Several drawers full of junk (folders, instructions, etc...) - The TV didn't work for 3 days because it didn't have an antenna cable (check photo), even though I reported it the first day, and I had to call Homing every single day more than once for them to come and fix it. 0 communication skills from their side, they only fixed it when I got mad. - One lamp in the smaller bedroom that doesn't work (check photos) This was by far the worst experience I had with a vacation rental on Booking and unfortunately it happened in my home country. I am seriously considering not using Booking again for long term stays as the quality of these companies (Homing in this case) is very dubious and questionable.

Cannot get more central than this super convenient. Good size only the second bedroom on the small size.

Need to collect keys from an office which is 5 miles away, and I only found out on the day! Lucky I had a hired car. Could have sent communication where to collect keys could have saved us a lot of time

Upon landing in Lisbon we tried to ring Homing Group a few times to let them know we were en route to our apartment but there was no answer. We got a taxi to our apartment and continued to ring, which was when we finally got through and were told we would have to go to the office to pick up our keys.

Now after our stay, we are being told our deposit will be returned to us up to 12 working days from now, when we were previously told this would be no longer than 12 working days from when we left which was now 17 days ago.
