I liked that this unit is on the end of the building, so very quiet and woodsy. Very nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. I and my family loved having the golf course right there, and pool for the kids. We all played pickleball and had a wonderful time! So relaxing. We have stayed in several units at Aspen Village over the years, but I hope to stay in this very same unit again. It was the best one!

There were no dishtowels in the kitchen. The tv screen badly needed cleaning.

I didn't realize it didn't have A/C but it still was a great place to stay.

The master shower did not work, and was not told about this issue until we enter the apartment. Also, the other bathroom toilet kept running (need new flipper). We tried to start the dishwasher before we left, but it had no power. Tried to use the box fans, but we're broken.

I reported already to you. Two showers bad. One had a leak and was closed off completely and there was a hole cut out in the kitchen ceiling with plastic over it. Other shower had only one door, so the water sprayed on the floor and it did not drain. Rugs were dirty, got kitchen towels from local vacasa and bath rugs to cover the water that sprayed from the shower. Sink in upper bathroom sprayed because the aerator was dirty. throw rugs in bathrooms were dirty along with the carpets, no hangers that were supplied by company, rugs in kitchen and living room were curled up, so easy to trip on. Use of one bathroom shower. Towelette paper holders would fall off when using on two bathrooms. No frying pan, later supplied by company. False advertisement. very bad. I was told there was only one other complaint and it has been since June. You should be ashamed.
