our first room we were booked in, had the security lock broken off the door. I went to the front desk to request a new room because it felt unsafe having a toddler with us who could escape. he then switched us to a new room upstairs and the smell was so strong I think they had just shampooed the carpets. the carpet felt damp!

Free breakfast, staff was super pleasant and helpful.

Hot tub wasn’t working, frustrating when that was one of the amenities I based my choice on, room was incredibly difficult to obtain a nice temp, which we never actually did get. Could have stayed at a nicer place for less, tbh.

location and parking

I booked my suite in Nov 2022 - when arriving in Feb the staff gave the room I booked to another person for one night then expected me to move rooms the next day all along blaming Booking.com for the booking screw up.....I explained that booking.com provided me with the room details of what I booked ....the staff eventually in a round about way explained they screwed up and provided a $100 credit. They encouraged me to book directly with the next time to ensure I get the correct room.

Had a 2 queen room. The beds were comfortable, unlike the king bed that I had a few weeks ago in same hotel, front desk lady was awesome

Had to keep going to front desk to get coffee, the people up there were nice though. Parking lot needed plowed due to snow and slush. Front desk person told us to move our trailer, after we had been there for 2 days to make room for a car that insisted in parking in the roadway instead of telling the car owner, that just arrived, to park elswhere.

Is my favorite room I rent it every time I come here I love the setup the bathtub just the overall feel is amazing
