David at the breakfast area was super nice. Very friendly and welcoming even though we were late to breakfast.

Wish we knew the time of breakfast beforehand or that it was posted somewhere. We entered at 8:50 and didn’t know it ended at 9am. Door was opened by housekeeping morning of checkout. It was around 8:30a.

No one came to the room, trash was full and we needed clean towels

No water pressure! Water changed temperature when abovw room used it. Scalding me.Air didn't work properly til nice maintenance guy fixed it. Rude staff at night! Did not care about water issue. Told me she couldn't help me she didn't design the building! Noisy

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry available for the guests. Rooms are spacious. There’s a pool and a barbecue area which looks great.

Breakfast is not tasteful. It has only few things. The hot water has coffee taste in it.

The room exceeded expectations. The TownPlace is a suite which has a kichen. Plus. The space is very well designed for comfort, efficiency of working in room and storage of bathroom goodies. Everything is new and spotless.

I woke up with a headache due to the horribly soft mattress and cheap pillows. The bedding was something I imagined a roadside motel would have. I made a comment to the management about the disparity of great designed space and property to lousy sleep experience. 1 sort of cancels out the other. I left my jacket in the room on checkout. Came back within an hour and the staff could not locate it.

The location was convenient.

The hotel was clean and new however the single king room was so small it was terribly uncomfortable. The walls and windows were so thin and cheap that the noise was unbearable. The room was not properly cleaned and had absolutely nothing in the kitchen to use, not even a trash can.
