From the warm welcome at checkin we really liked our stay: comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, nice breakfast with a healthy choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, nuts and cereals, enjoyable pool area, excellent service also at the bar. Thank you all very much! We also liked the quiet location in beautiful surroundings. It's a great starting point for hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains, also not far from Malibu and L.A.

Scrupulously clean, super comfy beds and excellent facilities both in the room and in the hotel generally.

Disappointing breakfast compared to other hotels we’ve recently stayed in ( 8 hotels in 13 days on route 66) as someone who doesn’t eat cheese or eggs. Bagels or muffins offered but no standard sliced bread for toast. I wasn’t the only one who thought this as others commented about the breakfast

David at the breakfast area was super nice. Very friendly and welcoming even though we were late to breakfast.

Wish we knew the time of breakfast beforehand or that it was posted somewhere. We entered at 8:50 and didn’t know it ended at 9am. Door was opened by housekeeping morning of checkout. It was around 8:30a.

No one came to the room, trash was full and we needed clean towels

No water pressure! Water changed temperature when abovw room used it. Scalding me.Air didn't work properly til nice maintenance guy fixed it. Rude staff at night! Did not care about water issue. Told me she couldn't help me she didn't design the building! Noisy

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry available for the guests. Rooms are spacious. There’s a pool and a barbecue area which looks great.
