Breakfast and breakfast area were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Right beside Trader Joes which was perfect for grabbing snacks or dinner. Really beautiful view of mountains.

Our room was right beside the garbage chute which created a horrible smell every time we entered and left our room. I would ask about this before booking to make sure you don't get this room.

The breakfast and the reception were lifesavers to save our money on food. The food was good quality. The room was great, spacious and perfect for our family’s stay.

I wish there was a playground for kids instead of the putting green.

It was a nice place to stay it was clean and convenient for where I was going. The staff was nice and friendly on my arrival but later on in the evening when I went into the lobby to get some provisions the staff was not very nice or helpful. The next morning when I went in the same staff was there when I was greeted and they were again very nice and helpful.

The one thing that was not acceptable was that the toilets were so low to the ground that my knees were literally higher than the toilet seat. My wife has bad knees, and I literally had to lift her up off the toilet it is so low. If you have bad knees or arthritis or you are handicapped you do not want to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was great. Honestly, best hotel breakfast I have had. We also loved that there was a Trader Joe's within walking distance. Hot tub was great way to end the night. Staff was super nice and helpfull.

This is going to sound worse that it was but, I felt sick when I was in the room. I turned off air conditioner and it was way better. I think the filter might need to be changed. I also probably made it worse by sleeping next to it on the pull out couch.

Great customer service

We have stayed at this Homewood Suites several times and have enjoyed our stay every time. Rooms have always been clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in is always simple and breakfast has always been delicious. It's conveniently located right off the freeway, near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and most importantly for us, the Canyon Club.

I have not had a negative experience at this Homewoods.

The breakfast is better than the hotel o moved to

The room was much smaller than expected from the pictures on the site plus it was very dull ( no enough light entering the room ) and most imp the type of AC you have is very very loud ( couldn’t bear it ) and had to move to another hotel with almost same rate maybe less with much better AC , more spacious room, the bathroom not divided and the room getting more sunlight

Room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, location was perfect for our needs, the pool was lovely.

Breakfast was OK didn’t like how the staff had to serve you mostly everything and we’re no longer on Covid watch they didn’t seem to care if you were enjoying your breakfast they were more concerned about how many packs of sugar or salt and pepper you were taking to use at your table. Too controlling and hovering over everybody while they were eating making their waffles getting juice they also didn’t have the basics peanut butter for those of us that like it on our waffles no sugar free syrup for my husband who’s a diabetic and just little things like that we’ve stayed at your properties multiple times and have never had this issue before. Maybe it was just this site. The website also said that they have social in the lobby but when we arrived on Thursday night it was only on Wednesday nights now but I did not say that when I booked nor did it say it on your website

Read comments above We chose to stay at your hotel because of past experience , We came to go to Universal Studios which is about 30-45 minutes but we will probably choose to stay closer next time
