Probably one of the best hotels and have stayed in New Zealand very high international standard

Not much I didn’t like but they need to put some grip on the stairs and the plunge pool. They just flat stainless steel pieces absolutely dangerous

Spacious room, good amenities, good staff

Sauna room’s door neeeds fixing and hydrotherapy room needs constant cleaning. We have waited 30 mins before we avail our room.

Breakfast selection was great however you could be standing for a while before someone came to seat you. Beautiful location. Hydrotherapy room was amazing.

Check in staff was horrid and did not know what she was doing. Pictures of the king room with balcony on booking.com was false. I felt very cheated by this as you should abide by what you advertise. The view of the room was looking directly into a neon lit building. Check in person stated there was no other rooms available except pent suite. Afterwards checked on booking.com and king room with view was available. So she also gave false information. Not impressed with the service.

Location, sauna, hot tub, wonderful, gym good, rooms nice size, staff very professional..

Fire pits should be on, little more decoration for the holidays would be nice

Not much to be honest, elevators a bit squeaky when opening but nothing some oil can’t fix I’m sure.

Great location close to Viaduct Harbour but tranquil. Lovely rooms and wonderful, attentive staff.

Staff are very friendly, property is really clean and luxurious. There's also a hotel dog at Park Hyatt which is really cool! Guests can pet them and the service was so smooth and fast!

The prices of the food

Établissement idéalement situé (dans un des meilleurs quartiers du CBD, proche des sites d’intérêt, et avec une belle vue sur le port de plaisance). Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable, propre, vue sur le port. Bon accueil et service au niveau de la réception, notamment du très sympathique et efficace concierge Nikolas Adams, qui a su nous conseiller et nous redonner le sourire après un léger problème avec notre voiture de location.

Le restaurant bistrot (The living room) est en-deçà du standing espéré pour ce type d’établissement : le service est quelconque et très lent (10/15 min d’attente pour un café) ; les plats sont de qualité irrégulière (je vous déconseille le burger)

The design

The view was bad especially after booking a View of the port. I room wasn’t clean. Under my pillow was a very long hair. Knowing that I am a guy with short hair. Obviously couldn’t be my hair. The housekeeping service wasn’t nice. It would take a very long time to answer my calls. Laundry service would take forever to be picked up.

die besonders gute Lage man sieht hier am besten die Skyline. Das tolle Restaurant des Hotels. Da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag ging konnten wir im Zimmer bis 12 Uhr bleiben. Das war sehr nett von der Rezeptionistin.

Das Roomservice ist erst am sehr späten Nachmittag nach Aufforderung unsererseits erschienen. Das Mineral wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt, trotzdem wir es angefordert haben.

Breakfast was exceptional, the choice varied and exquisitely presented. I think the choice and menu style hit the spot I was looking for, well done.

My stay could have been longer, now I'll have to wait to come back and stay again and really enjoy the facilities.

Awesome location

I was apprehensive to spend the money but it totally lived up to expectations. Lovely room, view, bath and ammenities. Staff were so lovely and helpful. It was an awesome stay cation. Would definitely stay again.

The design/styling of the hotel is fantastic. Beautifully appointed and well laid out rooms, with large bathrooms and separate wardrobe.

First night interrupted sleep as a speaker on outside wall was causing noise to go into the room but hotel staff turned it off after we raised the issue.

Great facilities and location

The restaurants were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and the spa is excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I had to leave the hotel at 5.45am to get to the airport for an early flight to Sydney. I could not have breakfast because room service was not available so early. I think I should be able to stay without paying for a breakfast I never had. The milk in my fridge had been opened!! I understand the safety reasons for having mesh over the windows but it totally spoilt the view.

From the moment we pulled into the Park Hyatt we were greeted by the most loveliest of staff, the check in process was easy, our bag was in our room within minutes, room service was delightful and very quick, the spa facilities were amazing. We had an exceptional stay. Thank you
