The property has beautiful views and the home is exactly as listed. There were only 4 rockers on the balcony on the main level. Perhaps a couple of more so the views can be enjoyed by all would be a plus. Any issues we had were addressed by the owners.

Our first ever “girls trip” was a success. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. We had so much fun playing all the games and using the hot tub. Everything was in perfect condition. The location was perfect as well. There was only a short drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg alike. We loved our girls trip. Thank you.

We had great time at your Cabin for last few days. It's a very neat and clean cabin with all the amenities and gorgeous views of beautiful mountains. Six bedrooms with king beds and individual baths were perfect for our group of six couples.Markus was very responsive for any questions and requests from us. Overall, we all were very happy and will return again.

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family. We have never stayed anywhere with a better stocked kitchen. There was so much to entertain us in the cabin, that many of us never left for the entire stay. We were able to watch bears wrestling and playing in the backyard too. The instruments added that extra touch of fun for us all!

This house is perfect for a large group! We loved the spectacular views from the porch and rocking chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining room table could seat all 11 of us for dinner. The fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was really great for getting everyone up and out of the house for the daily hikes. We enjoyed a few visits from some local bears, too. Marcus was very responsive and a a great host. Can’t say enough great things about this property!

The views off the back porch are beautiful. I think Mt. LeConte was directly in the center of the range. Location is quiet. The cabin was very well appointed with most everything needed. There was a shortage of serving dishes, and the lower cabinets where other small appliances were located were messy, but that is because of careless renters who just throw things back in any which way they can. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels both in the bathrooms and for the kitchen. Lots of room to spread out on all three levels and comfy furniture. The grill could use replacing. Aside from a couple of minor things that we were able to resolve with the owner who is very responsive, this is a great cabin and all our family were very happy with it. We would all recommend it for large gatherings. It was nice to have King beds in all the bedrooms, along with private baths so everyone stayed happy!

Markus was a great host and it was a great place. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our first trip to the mountains since the Pandemic, so we were all excited and prayerful that this property would be just as amazing as the ones at which we had previously stayed. The road to this property was a little unnerving, since there were a few sharp hairpin turns. After that, however, we arrived at one of the best vacation rentals at which we have ever stayed. Everything was picture perfect. The property was clean, well-decorated, spacious and it felt like "home." Amazing views! A plus: Everything worked. The management was great and quick to respond to all calls. Markus even called the day after our arrival to make sure all was well. He encouraged us to call if we needed anything. Thank you, Markus.

The property owners were excellent with checkin and checkout as well as making sure all was well once we arrived. The house has beautiful furnishings and kitchen items to use. We enjoyed our family visit to the Smokey mountains.

5 couples were able to comfortable stay in the rental that provided everything we needed in the kitchen to feed our group of 10. The beds are very comfortable and felt like home! The host was so responsive and communicative! We love this rental and will definitely be back. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful location close to Gatlinburg shops, attractions and restaurants. The home was perfectly clean, and outfitted nicely throughout. Spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Fall colors were warming up nicely during our Mid Oct visit Our hosts Markus and Annie stayed in touch w us for feedback and any needs our family might have. Wonderful hosts and home in the Smokies!!

House is second to none - layout is 100% spot on for 3 families to enjoy together. Will not beat the back porch views. A+++

Views were amazing from any of the decks! Cabin was wonderful! They thought of everything to have at the cabin to make it feel like a home away from home. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Marcus was awesome!!! Definitely recommend for family vacations! We will definitely stay there again!

Our group spent a week at this cabin, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Gatlinburg, and the view was totally awesome. We spent time in the evenings cooking, and it had everything that we needed. Markus was very responsive both before and after we arrived, and you could not possibly hope for a better host.

My guests and I happily returned to the cabin for the 2nd year in a row and were again absolutely thrilled! The cabin is clean, inviting, and has everything you could ask for. Markus is an amazing host who kept in regular communication and was always willing to get anything we needed. Could not ask for a better getaway experience!

Loved the views from the deck! Perfect space for large family with privacy on each floor. Owner's communication and Welcome Book about the area was so helpful.

The cabin was wonderful with everything you could possibly need and the view was outstanding. We all enjoy the week even got to see a couple of bears. It was close to everything we wanted to do

The house was great, nicely decorated and provided guests with every appliance needed. My main concern was the rather small washing machine and dryer. The entertainment and board games provided were excellent.

My party of nine (6 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed in this cabin for five days while hiking in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (games, movies, entertainment, cooking supplies, and plenty of space). The views from all three levels are breathtaking. The owners were very attentive and provided an excellent guidebook to enhance our stay. I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay here again.

We enjoyed family time at this cabin. We even saw several bears. The road leading up to the cabin is steep and winding, more than what we expected.

Plenty of room , close to town and a couple of nights just stayed there and grilled and played pool . One of the best host I ever dealt with Markus text me and make sure everything was good . Definitely would recommend it to anyone .

Our stay was all we had hoped it would be. The accommodations are excellent -- lots of room, super large table where we all could sit (10 of us), very well stocked kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, relaxing hot tub, many games and activities for all interests (air hockey, pool, arcade game, table games), nice view of Gatlinburg down below, and close proximity to town. Perhaps the greatest blessing is the wonderful host. When we had a power outage the first night due to strong winds, Markus was wonderfully responsive and accommodating in offering us options. He replied to any request/concern that we had, even in advance of our arrival. He created a feeling of welcoming, and he cared about our needs throughout. I highly recoomend this location for others.

Mountain Haven is an amazing cabin. We had 9 people total. The cabin is so spacious, well equipped for anything, and extremely well taken care of. You really never have to leave. From everything on the inside, to the outside, and parking, all are very good. Markus is wonderful to work with and is available to take care of any of your needs. He was awesome at communicating and follow up to make sure you had everything that you needed. I would recommend this property to any and all large groups. Plenty of room to do any activities and spaced out well for you own time. Also a great location. So close to everything you need and want to do. We will be coming back.
