We had a nice relaxing weekend, beach access is great, pool was nice, plenty of amenities. Quiet and spacious.

This property was easy to get and close to every thing you need. The beach is a right there. Pool was well kept. This place has everything you need for beach supplies. You can make meals there. The drive to NASA was easy to get to.

We loved our time in cocoa beach! The condo was perfectly situated so going to the beach was easy for all of us. We will come again!

Overall it was a great place and we liked the closeness to restaurants and other area attractions. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and several of the players and family were staying at this location. The unit was very modern and well stocked for the most part and the I have only two concerns.... 1. The lack of bath towels and wash cloths (5) and the fitted sheets would not stay on the beds in the unit. There was 5 of us, so I had to do a load of laundry every day, 2. On site management was way to strict with the pool and noise. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon and the pool was full of people. (Ocean riptides and currents made it unsafe). Complaints were made about our kids and parents, plus a group of softball players and parents being too loud. I could understand if it was 9:00 or 10:00 at night, but not 3:00 in the afternoon. The guys threatened to close the pool over one complaint and didn't consider all the people in the pool.

Good property, easy beach access, and seamless check-in/check-out. Would recommend for families with kids who want to hang out on the beach.

The property and condo are both exceptionally maintained! The condo had everything we were looking for - very well stocked. 402 was bright, tastefully decorated and perfectly located by the beach, in a safe area. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The pool is beautiful. The property manager stayed in communication with us through our visit and promptly responded to emails. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

The condo was spacious. The living room furniture and rug were worn; they looked much newer in pic. This unit is not ocean facing - from the LR you look out to a parking lot and construction (my fault for not noticing this when searching listings). The pool is also in a weird spot; too near the parking lot. The weather was awful, which didn’t help our stay. This unit is not near the one elevator shaft - since it is the 4th floor you will typically use the elevator. I left an article of clothing behind and when I called the next day to inquire, the property manager said the cleaners did not find it, which was not possible because I know I left it. We were warned of possible balcony construction and allegedly had a price break - if I knew how loud the construction was going to be I would not have stayed there. Overall, the condo served it’s purpose but a friend stayed up the street in a hotel and it was a better layout overall with a much more private pool. I will not stay on east coast again.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Sandcastles. Great condo community. Safe and nice grounds. As always Stay in Cocoa Beach group has always created an enjoyable trip. This group is awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It’s beautiful and tastefully decorated in soothing beachy colors. It’s very spacious and laid out so well. I love that the bedrooms are separate from each other and also separate from the main living areas which allows people in bedrooms to not be disturbed by night owls or early risers. The full size kitchen made it easy to cook meals there. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom and also being steps from the beach. It’s great for one person or larger groups as there are roll away beds in addition to the 3 beds, including a pack n play for babies/toddlers. There’s tons of storage so we didn’t have to trip over luggage all week. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. Zareh was great to communicate things and was quick to answer questions that came up. We loved our stay there so much we hated to leave. We will be back!!!

Had a great experience. Very easy to rent definitely plan on doing it again. Recommend highly!!!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. The location was perfect. The only down side was the bedding for the king bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed, appears the elastic is no longer holding. Otherwise every thing was great. Will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Resort is convenient to everything, beach is beautiful and not too crowded, and the unit was superb. Plenty of space, immaculately clean, and the service was outstanding. My family will be back.

Beautiful , spacious , clean and good location. My husband and I have been in rentals for 2 months - we spent the last week here and this one was as close to feeling like home . Bed was comfortable , home was spacious and clean and had everything we needed and the beach !!! Absolutely “perfect” !!!

Property looked just like the pictures, it was beautiful, roomy and everyone was great to deal with and checked on us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again 🙂.

Upon check in the elevators were being serviced, therefore we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and groceries and kids in 90 degree weather. I am sure there was communication to the owners but this was not communicated to the renters. If we were aware of the service time, we could have made other arrangements. Donetta, the property manager emailed me back promptly with an apology and dropped off a bottle of wine. It was a kind gesture but not one that could make up for what started our vacation. I do not care for excuses and that is what I received in the email. The condo is comfortable and ideal for a family of 4. The renovations are nice and the master bedroom is spacious. There are groundsmen working on the property and maintaining upkeep. Furniture wise- The twin mattresses are very hard so we had to purchase our own mattress toppers to make them softer for the kids. The sofa is also a bit worn out. The other issue is that the condo faces a parking lot that is public access to the beach so no need to set an alarm, as all the people locking their car doors with honking noises serves the purpose. We will not return here.

Our stay at this property was great for our needs. Traveled with two small children (5 and 2.5), and the guest room was a great set up for them. I had just wished the kitchen had a few more items (salt and pepper, plastic baggies, cooking spray, etc.). The ocean access and pool were fantastic! Would definitely book again.

The communication with the property manager was good, with clear instructions for check in and she checked in periodically via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is also really clean and treated daily by the condo staff. Would absolutely stay here again.
