Great location, lovely staff, excellent spa, delicious breakfasts

The Fondue restaurant was very noisy.

- Location was really convenient, however not charming. Our room had views to a wall literally, the restaurants windows look at a corridor. No views at all from the hotel. - staff was friendly

- We were extremely disappointed by the fact that the spa wasn’t included in the room. We paid 900 Euros per night, and had to pay 40 euro extra per person to use the spa ?? really ? After complaining they offered us to use the spa one day, but seriously this should be included in a 5 star hotel , especially at that price point. - Food in the 2 restaurants we tried really disappointing , lack of quality. - Another surprise was the cost of the parking , which no one told us in our arrived to the hotel. Being totally honest , I don’t understand how this hotel can be so well rated. Yes it is convenient and practical, just next to the ski lift, however it’s not a 5 star experience at all. You need to pay for all the extras, which I found abusive, you have the feeling of being in a mall, no views, no charm, not great good… in our case, a small room with views to a wall. We could have stay in a 3 star hotel, and the experience could have been the same.

The best location in Baqueira, as we were literally next to the ski station. The structure is beautiful and cozy, and the staff attentive and polite.

Nothing to say here, just wished I could stay longer.
