Trop d enfants à la piscine qui respecte rien grosse bouée ballon et parents qui ne les surveillent pas

Hoofdkussens op de bedden waren niet zo goed, te vol gepropt en te klein. Beter een lang groot kussen + een kleiner model maar zachter.

Good location and has swimming pool and spa. Also the breakfast food is very good.

The room was a bit dusty and the carpet smells in the corridors.

The female receptionist requested my e-mail address for the invoice. Same late evening, I received unwanted junk mails from IHG. I called the same evening the receptionist, her colleague. He promised to stop it asap, but he did not fulfill his promise. The Hotel does not take care after several reminders and wrote that they are not booking.com. Today, I still receive junk mails from them, it seems the management and case worker in charge ignoring and not taking care the deadline.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Ganz tolles Spa und super Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Familien.

La propreté de la chambre salle en dessous du lit bonbons et poussière, lit et essuie pas changer, poubelles pas vider , sab pas nettoyer , lit pas fait.

Parking charges

Perfect gelegen met gratis parkeerplaats aan de overkant van de straat. De Spa was erg fijn en het personeel is vriendelijk.

Breakfast was expensive so we didn't book it. Staff helpful with information about a vet we had to find. Bar was lovely and food in bar was very good. Very friendly. Our dog was very happy too.

We was upset we couldn't use the safe, so was worried about our valuables. Breakfast also finished very early.

It has a good location for travellers.

Terrible bed. So soft and sliding to the middle. Uncomfortable sleeping.

Ich musste beim Checkin 3x zur Reception: 1. Versuch Zimmer war kein 2-Bett Zimmer, 2. Versuch: Zimmer roch nach Zigarettenrauch, 3. Versuch (Supervisor war am Empfang); mir wurde freundlich das 3. Zimmer überlassen. Beim Check Out, keine Firmen-Rechnung erhalten :-(. Kreditkarte konnte nicht belastet werden - es kostete uns viel Zeit und Nerven :-( !!

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en zeer attent. Echt een dikke plus.

De kamer was enorm heet. We zaten aan de zuidzijde met de zon vol op de ramen. Zonder airco in de kamer is het al snel richting de 35 graden binnen. Zeer oncomfortabel. De ramen kunnen ‘s nachts niet open vanwege de herrie van de drukke snelweg die naast het hotel ligt. Airco in de zomermaanden is echt een must. Helaas niet aanwezig in de kamer.

Location was ok

Rooms tiny for family . Staff not too friendly. Was told it’s a business hotel so rooms and services are what it is i.e. not willing to listen to your concerns

We had to request for amenities as they are provided only by request.

The Crowne Plaza is accessible to the city. The bus station is just in front of the hotel.. For one way to the Antwerp Central station will cost 2.50€. The hotel has a Spa ( Sauna & Pool) . The pool is cleaned and newly renovated. Guests who like artworks they will appreciate the decorations in the hallway and in the pool. They also have gym or fitness studio to keeps you fit. The staff are approachable they make sure that my stay will be memorable. They are also accommodating.

I was expecting for a breakfast included or a buffet.

Top ☆☆☆☆ Hotel!!! My family had an amazing time at Crown Plaza Antwerpen. The room was nice and clean(we've booked the premium room). Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast. Excelent spa: hot sauna/steam room and a modern and "wow" effect swimming pool :)

Everything was perfect.

Facilities, spa, restaurant, staff.
