excellent location, easy to access, good size studio, clean

the air con system was somehow clunky to adjust for heating the room adequately, which leaves warm air but a pretty cold floor, it is winter after all

The room wasn't clean when we came . the floor was really dirty. I was the guest of room 32 in Qstay Good Living Apartments. my wife get a shower and then after less than 5 minutes the water became cold and she had to left the bathroom. We wanted to take a shower but we couldn't. i ask for help via their whatsapp and one guy came and checked the water heater and said you should wait for 10 minutes and then it will be okey. we wait for more than 40 minutes and it doesn't change and the water was still cold and i told them again the guy came again and he checked the water heater and took some pictures from it and left and said i will go downstairs and comeback but he didn't show up. We wanted to go out but we had to stuck to the room because of this problem. my reservation number is : VQDBIJKO-1, they didn't finally come with a solution and just said me you can go another hotel! Very rude staff.

It is not safe to going there because if you face to a problem there they don't help you at all. unfortunately booking also doesn't care about you they think more about their profit. It was really expensive for this service and this room.

The location was great. The patio was lovely. The kitchen was sufficient and it was across the street from a LIDL (grocery store) which was great. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. It was a two block walk to a major subway stop and a 5 min walk to Antwerp Central Station.

There were holes in the sheets, the towels were rough and mismatched and there was a hole from a cigarette burn on the outdoor table. Hardest pillows I've ever slept on. Also the lobby door that you were supposed to need the app to open was broken so anyone could have come on in. None of these were awful things but certainly surprising.

Een zeer centrale locaties die in een rustige zijstraat ligt. Grote kamers met balkon. Een goed werkende keuken om snel even iets op te warmen en een grote koelkast.

Het zou allemaal wat schoner mogen. Dan zou het een nog hogere score krijgen. Het en uitchecken via je telefoon en daarmee ook het openen van de deuren was even wennen.

Great space, good location and check-in system. Love it. Privacy in room and comfort. Lots of closet space, chairs and table surfaces present. Good sound proofing balcony, front door little less Airco very proficient Water super warm, can make tea with it Carrefour and Lidl within walking distance, handy with a medium fridge and microwave plus cooking possibilities in room. And very close to station

Please install a privacy screen between the balconies. Its my only real major issue. Cleaning subpar, smudges on door and on most surfaces from fingers. Hairs everywhere. Place is not dirty just not thoroughly cleaned between users. Which was fine as Sanitary places and linens were well cleaned so thats all that matters. No coffee maker in room but downstairs in entrance hall, no-one wants to got down in the morning for a coffee and queue up. At least should have cheap instant coffee packs in the rooms as you have water kettles present

The pillows of the bed and the bathroom smell bad sometimes.

Amazing stay! in a great location nearby the Diamond district but also a quick walk to the old town centre. it’s on a quiet street but still close to everything. Parking is less than 100m away in a garage. free coffee plus cold filtered water fountain was amazing. Plenty of space in the apartment and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. we loved it here!

The room needed a deep clean, the floors were filthy and the bathroom mouldy.

Convenient location, and had all the essentials.

The check-in app wasn't working when I first arrived, but I was quickly helped by the staff. The apartment could do with some love - the paint was peeling in places, a bedside lamp was missing the lampshade etc.

Location and clean

Check-in system not really handy. We expected more from a penthouse. This felt like just a normal hotel room with a balcony. Pillows are very hard.

Super location, very easy check-in and check-out, comfortable and stylish studio with everything one needs to feel like home. We had a great time staying in Qstay for a night and definitely will be back again!

Nice accomodation very well located in the dead center, fully equipped, comfortable, spacious. Very helpful and responsive administrators.

Terrass could be cleaner. While the fully automated check-in process is very handy, I find it stressful because one could have an empty battery, forget the mobile in the apartment or forget something when checking-out. Nevertheless a very good experience, accomodation highly recommended to discover Antwerp.

getting access is the only messy bit… just save their number before you arrive. the app didn’t work but the link to the web app did, so I could open the front door. my apartment door didn’t open so has to call them, they left a card down hidden in reception area but didn’t think to let me know before hand!
