Parking outside the room, friendly staff, nice bathroom

Room was very dated (except for the bathroom), could have been cleaner. Musty smell. Bed was uncomfortable. Shortage of electrical points.

Beautiful location with a lovely, clean room. Very peaceful, quiet and safe! Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location if you are visiting the Harry Potter Studio tour as it is only a short drive! Wish we'd stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were old fashioned but we actually loved that as it gave it more character!

Very good setting , good layout of the rooms and compound. Very neat grounds and safe parking facilities.

Comfortable room & very clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was super especially the cooked breakfast which was extra but that didn’t bother us.

No plugs beside the bed. Only one double socket in the whole room. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great in the upstairs room we were in.

Easy check in. Ground floor with parking right outside Tea and coffee facilities Great for cycling and walking. Routes start across the road

Bed was a bit lumpy TV speakers are distorted making the audio hard to hear No meals catered for and nothing in easy walking distance A bit dark in the room and the only one of the small bedside lights worked

Rooms are very dated. No air con. Very small TV. Shower cubicle was suitable for a child but not an average size adult. Free Wifi was terrible, worked for about ten minutes then for the rest of the week didn't work at all. Sheets had an interesting dusty smell to them. Bed was not comfortable and the hard wired alarm clock ticked all night. Did not get a good night sleep all week as the room was too hot but couldn't open the windows due to the noisy main road outside. Even with the old windows closed I could still hear the road and railway nearby.
