quiet and clean

oven didn’t work properly

Few problems getting through on phone to host - our fault - so by the time we did we were almost at location and it was getting late. However, host still came out personally & guided us into the private car park in the dark & helped carry luggage upstairs. Apartment very clean, spacious, with great facilities & neutral, modern decor. Apartment building was mostly quiet whenever we were there - no loud neighbours - except on Sunday morning when the church bells were going for the morning service! But on the whole it was a quiet, residential area (with shops & a pub close by) & we were able to get parked right outside every time, as promised.

A few more bits of crockery, cutlery would be useful for us lazy folk who don't want to wash up after every meal... Sky remote control was a bit past its best but we got it to work (we didn't come to sit & watch TV all day anyway).

The tap in the sink in the bathroom has no water coming out so we had to brush out teeth in the sink in the kitchen.

Didn't wait, the owner met us at the required time. Property was pretty clean, internet was really good.

Uncomfortable pillows, no additional loo paper, only two dishwasher tablets provided for a week booking. Very poor wi-fi.

Spacious accommodation, good facilities, nice and cool despite the hot weather, lovely and clean. Made a good base while visiting family. Would definitely stay again. All things we didn't like were very minor.

Check out procedure could have been detailed on check in, one light faulty that wasn't fixed, gap under front door causing poor sound insulation to corridor. All very minor.

Excellent accommodation in central location to Town Centre. Property was spacious, spotless and other than missing a few basic utensils in the kitchen was absolutely fantastic. Host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment was tired, there was some sign of mold in the shower area, the oven didn't work and the tap constantly dripped.

It was a very simple check in process and the host was very helpful and professional.
