Location, part of chain I have used regularly

Lack of electrical outlets at side of bed requiring me to run cable across floor from opposite wall socket to allow for use of powered device that helps address my sleep apnea. Breakfast was poor. On arrival the tables that had been left vacant were still dirty and I had to bring that to the attention of the catering staff. Glasses for water , juice were dirty. Cooked Food such as bacon, sausage, hash browns was in short supply at time of visit to server. Only one coffee / tea dispenser led to long queues. All in all the issues arose from a lack of adequate staffing. One cooking while one attending table at time of visit was inappropriate. Not

Hotel room was all good as expected.

Too hot room. Air conditioning system was pre-set so we could not set lower temperature. No fresh air as it was not possible to open the window.

Amazing location as right next to the train/bus station, right in the town (I was there to go on a birthday night out so this was perfect as didn’t have to get a taxi back) the staff where extremely pleasant quick and easy check in beds where amazing I just wish I got to try the breakfast. Everything was just amazing especially for the money.

The only issue I had my whole stay was I could not connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi but I think that has something to do with the anti virus I have on my computer as I had no problem connecting my phone other than that everything was perfect.

Good location, great parking adjacent to hotel lobby, friendly staff, very clean. Excellent choice of breakfast which was included.

The hotel was in excellent position easy for all modes of transport. Breakfast was great every morning value for money comfy beds,all the staff that we meet during our stay were all very pleasant and would do anything for you.

Lovely staff with great parking right into main reception and all the shops I have to say James from the breakfast area was fabulous I am celiac and honestly the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating the breakfast had a large selection of gluten free products and made sausages for me on demand The bacon was slightly undercooked for my liking but that’s just choice but there was plenty of space seating and food The room was lovely and perfect for a family of 4 super clean too The only thing I’d say was the lifts were a nightmare one working and they take ages used the stairs a few times but we were on the 5th floor so quite a lot of stairs to walk up however the steps might have done me good !! Overall highly recommend
