All staff were very friendly and keen to help wherever possible.

The room was simply furnished but had everything we needed. Loved the gold chandelier. The bathroom was small but well equipped and the shower worked well. There was a balcony looking out to the front of the building. The street is very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional and the decor had recently been upgraded.

The room was on the first floor above the entrance and the breakfast room. A little noise from the door opening and closing. The smell of cooking in our room early morning was distracting. I will stay again but ask for a room on a higher floor.

Missing TV with Netflix or with internet.

For example perfect lights options in bathroom or a mini bowl for food remains during a breakfast. A good quality breakfast menu. Flowers around the hotel.
