Staff were extremely helpful with all our needs. They were unable to extend my stay, due to a medical emergency as they were fully booked, but rang around to find me alternative accommodation. Super friendly and helpful.

we ordered a cot and they provided a portable and cheap one which was so bad. they said it is standard and charged us 40 dollars. after they took money, they couldn't provide a formal receipt. If I need a portable one I can bring the better one. the staff was also not friendly. the car parking lot lost the number, really annoying when looking for it. I stayed here in 2014 so I rebooked. but never again because it is so bad now.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The Owner was Tony was lovely and gave us some really good spots to check out close to the hotel. The pool and spa area was definitely well used during our stay as it was just beautiful! We will definitely be back next time we head to cairns!

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 in the top floor suite. Access to the building was easy and felt safe.

The apartment was not very clean (dead bugs and cockroaches) on arrival. The tea and coffee facilities were sparse with 2 sachets of coffee/sugar - enough for one person, one morning. The plates and cutlery were dirty. I washed up all dishes before use. A little frustrating when paying $300+/ night.
