Comfortable room with all the little extras, Gardens were lovely. Great to have separate toilet and bathroom. Hosts were friendly and informative. Great location for any activities in the town.
Had some nice outdoor garden seating but does not have an outdoor undercover area to sit and fully appreciate the gardens with a glass of Margaret River wine.

Location and room comfort.
No longer offering breakfast - stayed once before and that is why we chose it again. Unfortunately, if it is staying as room onl;y, then we will no lonegr consider this as a place to stay.

Our hosts were wonderful. So kind and helpful.
Gardens were lovely and the accommodation is warm and welcoming. Glenn prepared a nice list of wineries to visit for us.
The room was very clean and tidy with everything one could want, but the condition of the furnishings and fixtures are looking a little tired. This did not detract from us enjoying our time.

The Rosewood Guesthouse is really beautiful. Its spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The owners are lovely friendly people. The breakfast was beautiful, with everything you could want included. Very generous portions, freshly prepared. My husband had the cooked breakfast each day, which was delicious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It's quite close to the town centre, and we took a walk into town a couple of times, which took around 20 minutes. It's a very convenient location. We loved our stay and would highly recommend The Rosewood Guesthouse to anyone. AAA+

Very comfortable accommodation; owners were extremely friendly and provided very helpful advice for us as first time visitors to the Margaret River region

The gardens and decor at Rosewood Guesthouse were beautiful. The breakfasts (hot and cold) were fresh and delicious. Our hosts were friendly, generous and knowledgeable of their area. We could not have asked for anything better.

This beautiful guesthouse has everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail was exceptional. Hosts Kerry and Glenn were amazing- delicious breakfasts every morning.
It was like a home away from home and the guesthouse grounds were delightful too relax in. Everything about this place was excellent !

Glenn and Kerry are fantastic hosts and incredibly personable.
Breakfast was lovely and the place is very well appointed and clean. Close to both the town and Caves road (about half way) so a fantastic place to stay in Margaret River and would very much do so again!

Glenn and Kerry were fabulous hosts! My friend and I stayed for three nights in their wonderful guesthouse. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower facilities were great. Special shoutout to the delicious breakfast we had every morning, which was always something to look forward to. Will definitely recommend!

The hosts, the breakfasts, the special touches such as the farewell gifts and sherry/port/chocolates, the location, the cleanliness.
Dim lighting and the sink in the toilet was very difficult to use. Paper towelling in the kitchen please….

In the last 15 or so years I've stayed in many places in Margaret River and this is by far the best. Glenn & Kerry are most welcoming and provide great place to stay. The breakfasts are amazing and using all local produce. Highly recommended

Very clean, quiet b+b with some little extra touches that made it feel like home. New owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Loved the adult atmosphere with a limited number of guests. When a proposed few renovations are completed it will be an even more special place.
Great location, a short walk from the centre of Margaret River.
Seperate toilet but requires a fan. Rooms can be a little stuffy but windows are easily opened. Lighting in lounge makes it difficult to read in the evening so a couple of well placed reading lamps would be good.

Beautiful homemade breakfast. When we arrived we were given the different options for breakfast. We chose the cooked breakfast and it was beautifully presented and of course felt like home.
