We were first put at the last room of the building in a room we didn’t ask for which needed updating badly

Attitude of one of the staff at Breakfast - little care and abrupt nature Also Continental breakfast was very bland. Been coming to Dog Rock for years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with this staff members attitude.

Glad we got the free continental breakfast but wish it included the hot section too.

Location, my room had a nice view and was easily accessible, with a wide parking place. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and accommodating.

A great motel and easy waking distance to the main street of Albany. Although, it is an uphill walk getting back should any one have walking issues. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom also large and well designed... the shower head wasn't a favourite, but did the job. We had a unit at the back of the complex, high and giving nice views. The included breakfast was delicious.

Excellent breakfast. Bed was comfy. (A firm mattress which I prefer) Good location. Property was well kept and clean.

Turn off the loud TV in the dining room! Or at least, turn it down.

Great location ,shopping center across road,restaurants and fast foods close by.would definatly stay again ,Family room which had separate bedroom and TV. And comfortable beds .

I think.if it states breakfast included, it should also state continental only. They did offer our 2 Grandchildren the pancakes,at no.extra cost.

The room had a hole in the fly screen, missing vertical blind on the window, main light that didn’t work and a broken (split in half) power point in the bathroom.
