Good location close to bus teminal

The website needs to be clearer that cooking is not allowed and there are no laundry facilities.

Kids room looked out onto a brick wall so was very dark and a bit stuffy

Great location and facilities. Although I was arriving after normal hours I was given detailed instructions on how to access a location where the keys would be, including a site map. Would definitely stay again

Excellent, excellent customer service from Carly. I was delayed and she was so helpful, kind and professional. she had a good knowledge of the local area to recommend places to visit as well, which I appreciated.

Everything was very good comfy beds and pillows very clean and close to some very nice cafes and restraints will defiantly stay again when we visit Albany.
