All great although towels were rather old and tired and not fluffy , were clean however

We styaed for 4 days. And it was an exceptional stay. Nothing went wrong in the property. The desk manager named tuti was so friendly and cooperative. He gave us the burj khalifa view room. Got discount for the brkfst buffet. Also our flight got delayed and hotel kept our laguage and delayed our check out time too. The housr cleaning staff so good the resturant docks has exellent food to offer. They also have weeknd brunch. We loved our stay at crown plaza and is highly recomended.

Only the location of the property was a little issue. Taxi drivers dont recognize the place but navigation is always thr to help. Also we thought it will be near to jumaira beach but its quite far away from beach but near to downtown dubai. No walking places near about.

Bathroom in my room was utilized for handicapped or people with special needs, no bathtub nor shower box. I believe they should ask guests before assigning rooms

Variety of foods at breakfast for all tastes. I had a king room. My friends had a twin room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Local cafes, shops and ATM 2 blocks away. Staff ordered taxis for us. (There was a major conference in Dubai and a Saudi national holiday so many tourists, and taxis were difficult to acquire otherwise). Short taxi ride to the Metro if necessary.

This is truly an excellent hotel. They are very respectful to customers. Even late at night, the staff greet you at the door with a smiling face. The kitchen team is really great and very successful. The breakfast is outstanding. Make sure to come to this hotel with breakfast included. The breakfast is very very rich, tasty and fresh. The kitchen team always takes care of you with a smiling face. We will miss them all. And we will definitely be here again on our next vacation. There is also a very nice hot pool on the terrace, it's great. Love, congratulations. God bless you.
