great location, clean and amazing apartment, big comfortable rooms.

no room service as it is a rental apartment.

The apartment is in the center of city walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes downstairs. Cinema and shopping all in one. The apartment is great, has all what you need and the pool and gym were the hit. The host is professional and everything was well organized. Hope to come back soon.

The location, as everything I ever require is just around me.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The team was very helpful and accommodating. City walk is the perfect place to shop and eat the best meals 😊 Too much to choose from. We just parked the car in the building and we could reach everything by walking. Downtown is 5 minutes away with the taxi. The check was very simple, we sent already all documents via an app, and when we reached the building was already informed. The team showed us around and we had a WhatsApp group where we could communicate for anything. The apartment is a dream, the high ceiling living area with the large windows and the Burj Khalifa view.. breathtaking. The place was very clean and the entire family was super happy about each of the rooms. We would love to come back

They only offer 2 parking slot and they didn’t mention that And we asked for extra parking they didn’t help us. The communication with the staff is very poor

Location and proximity.

Bad smell in the master bedroom, water disconnected , power disconnected more than once because of the ac, eventually we left it off. There was one broken lamp but you couldn’t tell unless you pick it up, now they claim we broke it. Issue with parking and access for two days. Water leaked from the ceiling in the living room we ended up placing a bucket under it.
