I like that this location is central for f most of Tokyo Shinjuku area but I wish we were in a better room bc the noise of neighbors were very strange. Like some type of banging at night around 11pm & also someone running or racing up &down the hallway. I am a very light sleeper & we sleep a little early bc we are elderly. So the noise which was almost nightly was very strange.

I love that I can go out to the underground or Pepe market as well as the GU other stores to shop without going out side of the Hotel & restaurants. If you ever change something I would like to have indoor access to the Piers Cafe also. Just love this location. The staff non Japanese were a little unkind but there’s a reason. And since I am Japanese by descent your Japanese workers were kinder including the handsome guy at the near by Italian restuarant, who looks like a actor from TV drama. Very nice! Arigato Gozaimasu.

Very conveniently located near the Shinjuku station and central Shinjuku area. Breakfast was excellent Staff were polite

Good location and not bad view of the city. Convenient to get to Shinjuku station.

Room is extremely small and single sofa upholstry is frayed and patched. No space for our suitcases and clothes. Tiny bathroom with good water pressure. Towels are threadbare.

The location is very good, but the view of the city could be better

The bathroom exhaust fan didn't seem to work... the windows were dirty and dusty. There are also no exit signs for the street.

I love the location, the Godzilla view and how spacious the room is!

チェックインのとき、「電車が見えるほうがいいですか？」「街が見えるほうがいいですか？」と聞かれて、鉄道好きなので、そっこー「電車！」と言った。こういうふうに選べるのはいい。窓からの新宿駅の眺めは最高でした。

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Shinjuku. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El personal es muy amable.

El asiento de mi baño no estaba tibio, aunque el asunto se reportó y se arregló. En una de las tres habitaciones de reservadas no llevaban las batas de las piyamas.

Excellent position near Shinjuku Station. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. A good place to stay

Rooms small, as are most places in Tokyo, with a capsule bathroom. Fairly expensive, but coming into blossom season, tourist season and the Japanese Grand Prix, that isn't too surprising

Very Central location, 5-6 mins to Shinjuku station, underground direct access. Short Walk to many restaurants and shops. At least an English speaking tv channel NHK and CNN. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water bottles. Reasonably quiet and 4 lifts .

Hotel confortável, com várias comodidades, várias lojas embaixo do prédio, cafés, máquina de câmbio... Café da manhã sortido e de boa qualidade. Equipe atenciosa. Quarto confortável e limpo, vista linda da cidade.

Banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. O bairro de Shijunku é muito animado, com muitas luzes, lojas, restaurantes... um pouco turístico demais. Mas o hotel é muito bom.

Super beliggenhed. God morgenmadsbuffet. Sød og hjælpsom personale. God lydisolering. Nogen værelser med udsigt til Godzilla ;)

Meget lille værelse. Ingen plads til tøj. Måske ok hvis man rejser med en kabinekuffert, men ikke store kufferter. aircondition styres centralt, alt for varmt på værelset - personalet dog super søde kom med ventilator til os.

The close proximity to main attractions and train station is great. Room was comfortable and had a good view.

A little small but that’s prevalent in Tokyo hotels.

もう少し広いと思っていたところと、同一階に滞在された方達が少しうるさかったのが残念でした

繁華街で食事など場所はとても便利でした　スッタフの方の対応も良かったです

部屋のにおいが臭くて　空気清浄機をかけたら凄く臭くて使用できませんでした

Location location location .. perfect walk out the door and your in the night market district of Shinjuku!

Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 .. needed to catch a train and couldn’t use our breaky vouchers, disappointed.

Professional staff immaculately presented, classy elegant hotel.

交通很方便，设施还不错，周边吃的很多。洗漱三件套都是Pola的，高级。还有热水壶。视野开阔。
