Beach was just at the end of the mall . very handy. walking distance. Pool was a floor down ,clean and handy.

Nothing the room was amazing and location was superb

Excellent location and close to the beach, restaurants and everything. Woolies and other shops are just across the Broadbeach mall. Everything is in walking distance including the Casino. The Broadbeach tavern and the Kurrawa surf club are just at the end of the mall. The apartment is quite a large size for a 2 bedroom.

What we didn't like, which was no fault of the apartments, was the big dumpster bins being emptied from about 5.30-5.45am every morning. You cannot sleep in as it is very noisy with all the loud banging going on, which goes on for quite a while up the street.

Excellent location. I booked a large group and keys can be an issue but three per unit was so helpful.

As we had no couples I believed I had booked 3 units with 3 twin bedrooms. I found out after booking that there are only two of those in the complex so I requested those. We didn't get any of the configuration I booked and had we not had a few people drop out this would have been an issue.

Very well located, next to beach and shops. Easy to park.

Old appartments desperately needs renovations. No options for late checkout and did not allow for storing bags after checkout.

Beds were so hard. One shower didn’t work and wasn’t fixed while we were there even though we reported to reception.

Perfect from the start. We asked for an early check in as we were seeing a show @ 1pm. Lyn got back to me straight away and it wasn't a problem. When we went to check in Lyn met us in the foyer to explain a water leak on our floor had happened during the night. It hadn't affected our apartment just the lift area on our floor, I really appreciated the time taken by Lyn. The apartment was clean and much bigger than I thought it would be. The location was perfect for the plans we had made. Great value for money also. I would highly recommend.

The heating didn't work and no one was available to fix the issues.

View wasn’t amazing but we didn’t spend much time on the balcony as we were busy!!

Great location and lots of space. Fully set up for long stay with good kitchen, laundrey and separate living areas.

Bathrooms need a full refurbish. It is all getting a bit old and dated.

Location, being close to the beach, shopping centre(s), restaurants and cafes. The Casino was also close by, as was the tram service. Although the Apartments are of an older style, but the room was spacious and airy. The relieving Managers could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind about the room, although the noise from the garbage bins being emptied in the next street each morning was a bit annoying.

the location was excellent, size of apartment was fantastic

our apartment did not look at all like photos on booking sites. very outdated and sad. Aircond in common areas and second bedroom did not work. no hot water in hand basin in on suite. Looked like a new tv, but nobody had even bothered to connect it. Headboard on main bed had fallen off wall. Carpets were worn, old and stained. Beds were old and a little sad. Unfortunately the location was the best thing about this apartment.

Location excellent. Size was great too. Views amazing.

Dirty windows. Smelly blankets.. Dated and unkept. Eveythibg was old,.... Iron stained clothes. Air con unit on balcony totally rusted, not a good look.

Very dated management unhelpful and hardly ever there.
