空港が近く、ホテル内も綺麗で部屋もゆったりしておりいつも利用してますゆっくり出きるので大好きです

The view from our room on the 34th floor was spectacular. The front desk was very good ant arranging it so that we didn’t have to change rooms between our personal reservation a day early and the first night of our tour. Breakfast on the 54th floor was great. Lots of variety and great service. This hotel is easy to reach from the airport but it took an hour by train to get to downtown Osaka. There is shopping close by.

Hotel is located in a great and convenient place. Room view is beautiful. However facilities are old. Electric bidet was not working.

It would be nice if the staffs show more hospitable to us. There’s no instructions where the elevator is. When I asked about the bus to the airport, they answered us but it seems not a welcome way

We flew in on a late evening flight and were glad to be able to take the train just 1 station down from the airport to get to the hotel. The location was great because there was a large convenience store just outside the train gates to grab food for the night. From there, the hotel was just a couple of steps away with a sheltered walk way. That was great since it was raining when we arrived. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We managed to get up to our room very quickly, which had a good view of the city and sea below.

The room was dated and had old dusty upholstered furniture and carpets. We could tell that it was old and dusty as our allergies immediately started acting up. The furnishings were all in need of a refresh. The pillows were also rather flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. In addition, the aircon was barely doing anything even on the highest fan speed at 18 degrees. It was warm and stuffy all night. To add to the discomfort, our room was right next to the elevator shaft, and we could hear the lift rumbling by noisily. We had a rather bad night's sleep.

the hotel seems like very old and smelly. The room facilities also old. I stay this hotel because there is shuttle bus arranged by hotel to Kansai airport. However I think the bed is not clean enough because after one night sleep, my body itchy and redness.

close to Kansai airport, walking distance from Rinku town station (JR line). TRIAL Tax free shop is nearby for great shopping experience.

The location. About 50m by foot from the train gate. Kuroneko yamato courier service. 2 convenience stores and the hotel connect by pedestrian bridge only. So feels relaxed to go. The concierge desk gentleman was kind and warm guided about the luggage courier service when I asked at around 10pm.

The staff did not help me at all when I carried out 2 big suitcases from the lift in the morning. He was just looking at it. The staffs at the front desk without a smile or anything when I arrived for check in around 10pm. Maybe they were too tired. It was a rare experience. The hot water in the bath was not hot enough.

Location is the best thing. WIFI is very strong.

The room furniture and design are quite old, and the lighting and electrical system is hard to use.

Hotel is near to Metro Station within 2 min and around 5 min train ride to airport. Most awesome is a family mart in station Room is clean and tidy, with a worth a million dollar sea view, i cannot ask for more.
