I was very impressed in the room, was very comfortable, amazing bed, and bathroom.

Not sure if bad, I thought it advertised a toaster, I had tea & coffee making, along with a fridge, but nothing for breakfast. There was a kitchen lodge across the courtyard.

Has the potential to be lovely. Gorgeous gardens and room looked nice.

Paid for 2 nights but didn’t end up staying for any, as the terrible manager had me removed by police when I complained about the crazy amounts of dust on the bedside tables and lack of general cleanliness in the bathroom. Sure, it was late at night but that shouldn’t matter. These rooms aren’t cheap and I have massive dust allergies. I wrote an email of complaint, asking for a refund for one night which I think is fair, but I am yet to receive a response. Utterly poor behaviour on the managers behalf, and the state of the room was shocking!

facility is very good, the sofa, bed is so comfortable. the kitchen facilities very good. with very nice Mountain View, near the apple farms, fresh air, quiet place!

Wi-Fi, we don’t have Wi-Fi for 1 day; service could be improved. some places are under construction

arrived after cyclone and the area had flooded, which detracted a bit from the visit, we really felt for the nearby orchards that had been flooded, though not the carnage not far away at Eskdale. it did mean fording puddles to get to the site and even getting to the rooms which were comfy and the site is enjoyable, more so in sunny weather.

left an adapter an phone charger and no reply to my telephone call to the site about sending the items on by mail

There was no air conditioning , only a ceiling fan and it was way to hot and stuffy in the room, maybe you could consider installing some , the summer are so hot there. And the shower curtain do not contain the water, it pours out onto the floor.

The resort is located in a lovely setting!

Our cabin wasn’t the cleanest, the shower in particular had hair etc in it and the drain was really blocked- needed a good clean! The toilet also looked like it needed a good scrub. It was also good weather while we stayed and our room didn’t have any air conditioning which made it roasting and really hard to sleep. Although I did think the grounds were lovely, I thought the accom was a bit over priced for the quality.
