A lovely rural setting, so quiet and peaceful. Bed was super comfy. Loved the outdoor bath.

Location is great, close enough to town and wineries that you can enjoy the cafes/restaurants and shops - but super quiet and with a beautiful view. The outdoor bath is an especially lovely treat as well! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

The house was easy to access and has an awesome outlook. The house is also far enough from town to be in the country, but close enough to town for cafes and shopping.

They had truly thought of everything and the view was stunning!

The heat pump was a bit loud

Loved the location in the country but only 12 mins from civilisation. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was chilly but there's a heat pump and warm bedding.

The bathroom is very small but fine for a short stay.

Everything, the hosts were very friendly, the location was great with an beautiful rural view from the hill, the privacy was second to none. The bath on the deck was awesome. My new favourite accommodation in Hawkes Bay!

Beautiful location close to town with a stunning view. Had everything we needed for our little stay and was immaculately clean.

The friendly hosts have thought of everything in this very well appointed little cottage. Great breakfast including fresh eggs. Was lovely to be able to see the chooks that produced them. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the deck - reading, eating and taking in the beautiful views. The outdoor bath is very cool. Although rural, it's nice and close to both Hastings & Havelock North.

Having seen rave reviews about how friendly Freddy the Burmese is, I was a little disapointed not to see him. However our host explained he'd been busy catching rabbits at night and was sleeping it off during the day. Maybe we'll meet him next time!!

The unit shook when you walked and the outside chairs were not at all comfortable. . Bathroom tiny. Cooking utensils ( fry pan) poor quality for the supplied eggs.

Beautiful location with great views over the hills. Such a relaxing spot. Well equipped for a comfortable stay.

This little cottage was a great find. Well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Comfortable bed and yay finally flat pillows. View was magnificent.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The peace the quiet the sense of connecting with nature yet close to town. Fantastic views didn't see any one else while i stayed there absolute serenity.

Only issue was that the bedroom blind above the bed could be more of a block out tyepe as the room was very bright right from day break at 5am. I do like a sleep in and the room could have been a lot darker.

We liked everything about this cottage. the location to town was close, the view was awesome and that bath tub was amazing!

clean and everything needed was there! Breakfast was supplied and big fluffy towels!
