Peaceful shady property. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Scenic view over the water. Conveniently located to all the local attractions, restaurants and stores. Cyndy’s knowledge of the area was a big help. We look forward to returning for more R & R.

The lake was just mesmerizing to us. We were so relaxed and our mission to eat,love,and pray was accomplished. The hospitality and having such a gracious host was excellent. Will definitely book the Anderson Lake House again and again.

We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute of it. The house is great and the view is even greater! The amenities were top notch. Close to everything we wanted to do. Cyndy was so helpful and cheerful and just a sweetheart. We will book again when we come back to Hot Springs. You will LOVE this place if you stay here!!

Lovely home with terrific views on Lake Hamilton was perfect for the 2 couples staying there. This is an older house with lots of character that has been updated where it’s important. The backyard deck and patios are perfect for morning coffee and happy hour wine. Very convenient to get to restaurants and sightseeing in Hot Springs. Would definitely stay there again!

The lake front setting drew us to this property. The host was super helpful. Hot Springs is a great place to visit!

We had all we needed, except would have liked a few more lake equipment deck chairs floats. Owner on premises but never saw her.

As we loved the house and location on the water we didn’t know owner lived in the house and would also be there during our stay all weekend!

Overall, our stay was very nice. Mrs Cindy was very great and very accommodating. However I did not know until I got there that she actually lived on the property in a studio apartment attached to the lake house. She did not ever bother us but however I would have liked to know this before arriving. Overall, my stay was very convenient and Cindy was a great host and has a beautiful home.

Great property and location. Our small kids had a great time swimming. House was well equipped. Owner kept the A/C on 72 which was fine with us, but some may have an issue with that.

The location was terrific and just as advertised. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would come back!

Five stars all the way around! We spent a week in Hot Springs to enjoy the lake and visit family. The Anderson House was perfect for our family of four. Our teen boys were more than comfortable and enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The house was immaculate and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Cyndi is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay at The Anderson House again on a future trip!

Cyndy’s property was just lovely. We were looking to take some time away from everyday life and unwind. This was a wonderful spot to do just that. Her home was spotless and inviting. The view was incredible. Cyndy was also warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and three kids enjoyed the best extended weekend getaway! The house sits perfect on Lake Hamilton! Fishing and swimming just out the back door. Night time views of the Lake were amazing! Host is easily accessible and answers any questions promptly.

If I could give more stars I would, Cindy is an absolute gem. The property is stunning with views from every corner of the house, clean, and cozy. Close to everything you would ever need and more. Just steps away from the lake, busy enough for the kids to catch waves but not too busy for swimming all day. Location is everything to us , but the house was absolutely perfect for our family of five to cook all week and enjoy the lake life all week. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay on this nice little home perfect backyard open and straight to water. Large rooms and comfortable to move about. Very close to all things to be done. As far as water sports restaurants shopping centers I would highly recommend this for a nice relaxing day. The house was great. She is on site that she would never know she was there unless you need her, I get this one. Heck yeah I’m coming back.

Cyndy was a wonderful host and so was the Lake House. Unbelievable views and such an relaxing property. We had plans to do things around Hot Springs and those went out the window quickly as we just decided to sit on the deck, enjoy the view and each others company. Great way to connect with each other, not being on the run and just talking and laughing. We would absolutely book the Anderson Lake house again.

Not handicapped accessible at all. Only 4 channels to watch on TV in the living room and no channels to watch in the bedroom. Would never stay there again!

A beautiful property with excellent amenities and a genuinely friendly, personable owner. In close proximity to Hot Springs and numerous natural and cultural attractions. Perfect for relaxation and stress relief.

Accommodates 2 couples perfectly. The view is is wonderful, and the house is well stocked, and very clean. The boat dock was an added plus. Cyndy was very accomodating and attentive to our needs. Will definitely consider visiting this property again.

My family and I really enjoyed Cyndy’s property! It’s the perfect place for a quick getaway or a full week vacation. The house is great size, it was perfect for the 8 of us which included my husband, myself, and our two children (14 and 10) and my brother, sister-in-law, and two nephews (5 and 1). Everything we needed was there, plus Cyndy was very sweet and attentive for anything that we may have needed that wasn’t there. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock and swimming! We definitely recommend this property!!

the lake is awsome

We come back every summer. The house is so nice, loved and clean. Cyndy is so sweet and nice. Very family oriented place especially right on the lake where you can swim. We just stay at the house, rest, play with kids and swim. It’s a Hot Springs Jewel!

Everything about this was perfect for our family of 4. First off, Cyndy is so nice. She’s the epitome of southern charm. When I walked in the house for the first time, I was very impressed by the huge windows that looked out over the lake. It was over 100 degrees all week so we were in the lake most of the time. I loved the extreme short distance from the living room sliding door to the dock. The kitchen is nice and modern and we loved having two master suites. There’s even a piano which made my son happy. Being at a lake house, you tend to forget you a minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean, beautiful location with great access to the lake. Very convenient to Hot Springs and nearby activities. We very much enjoyed our time at the house. The only notes I have are that the property is not very accommodating for small children. The location on the lake has very heavy boat traffic with constant wake beating on the dock and shore area. The shore in front of the house is very rocky so our toddler was unable to play in the lake where he could touch because of the danger of injury against the rocks. Boats also have to stay in the water for the entirety of the trip due to the parking for the house. This was quite a headache and unnerving for me as the boat wake continuously banged the boat against the doc. This probably wouldn't be such a problem for larger or pontoon boats. Also having to leave the boat in the water made us cancel a planned day trip with the boat to Lake Ouachita. Overall, the house was wonderful and I would recommend for any adults or families with older children.

This house was great to view online, but it's even better in person. The view out of the large den windows are amazing. Easy access to water and pier, and great dock for a boat. The house is so super clean, and has everything you need. Cyndy was wonderful and helpful and made our stay simple and fun. Price was great, and house was perfect.

Location was perfect! I would have liked to have had stairs down to the water for those who couldn’t swim and just wanted to wade but it was lovely regardless!
