Le style asiatique mais très classe, la décoration a beaucoup de charme. La piscine, les cocktails, le personnel, le service, le petit déjeuner... tout !

Le manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres

Amazing friendly staff, big thank you to Thao for upgrading me to a nicer room and an even bigger thank you to Khang (one of the grooms) - this guy is one of the kindest and most professional people I have seen, he deserves a raise and a tip! Thank you for the nice stay Sakyo!

The room I was assigned at first was quite smelly and bad.

I came in this Hotel for the third time because I really appreciate the rooms and the location. This time, I came with my 4 kids. Everybody has been just fine and very kind except at check out since the hotel asked me to pay for the extra key cards that I could not find, while I had to handle all my kids check out. This was a bit disappointing😢.

Location and attentive and friendly staff. Remedied an initial problem we had with the shower/bath not draining fast enough as you were showering so it was a bit gross as 5 mins into the shower it was up past your ankles. Showed us a couple of rooms after the complaint was made and we had a much better and bigger room - importantly one where the drainage was working. Kicking myself as I wanted to mention the concierge lady who went over and above to help us with various things we wanted to buy also.

It was just a bit tired and definitely could use a renovation or a new lick of paint. The roof top looks better in photos than in person.

Variety of choice for breakfast Service was good

The beef inside the noodle was overcooked The menu at breakfast was basically the same everyday.

Nothing to fault. The location the was great, the staff friendly and attentive. The room spacious and clean. Free afternoon tea available from check in and breakfast were both abundant and beautiful

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they helped us to organise laundry and we got it picked up cleaned and returned for AUD $15. The buffet breakfast was very good!

The location was a bit far from the central activities, not walking distance

The staff was AMAZING! (Special shout out to the receptionist, tea time, and bellhops!!!)
