L accueil du responsable Chaleureux et très sympathique

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, la chambre était parfaitement propre et le lit très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment très aimable. J'ai bien aimé le petit déjeuner : l'établissement propose de bons produits pour un tarif tout à fait raisonnable.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est assez lugubre en soirée et les restaurants ne sont pas à proximité immédiate.

We didn't actually stay in this hotel, after discovering that the very tiny room was on the fifth floor. We booked for two nights, but we didn't want to stay there. The staff was very helpful and refunded one night of stay. Thanks a lot!

The staff was friendly, the location convenient, and the bed was very comfortable.

The facilities are old, sparsely decorated and in some places needing some maintenance. We have often stayed at B&B hotels and all were in better shape. The parking was also a mess - tight spaces and twice they assigned us the wrong space although we had explicitly mentioned parking and our car model during our reservation. The rooms were also really cramped, and the bathroom smelled very damp.

The stuff was very friendly and nice, they take care of our baggage after check out time. Room was cleen, and we had enough towels.

The walls are very thin and we had very loud neighbours which keep us wake during night. Also, we heard noise from hallway, elevator etc. But we didn't hear noise from outside (street), windows had good isolation. Overall it was comfy but noisy.

Manager very rude. Electrical power failure for more than 3 hours during the night. Only person from hotel to handle situation during the night.

The staff at the reception was very nice. And the bed sheets were clean.

The bathroom is very small, especially the shower which is extremely narrow. The room floor could be cleaner.

Quite a central position, near a skate shop - to me number 1 pro of the whole stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms are exceptionally small.

I really liked the location of the property because it is very close to the centre of the town, but also the high cleanliness for the amount of money we paid. I appreciate that our room was cleaned every day.

The furniture and the walls looked a little bit old, but for this price was very good.
