Rooms where cold, couldn’t get the heating to work so slept fully dressed!!! Mattress needs turning as well as felt as if sleeping in a hole. Room where Seminar was cold as well and food was limited in choice and the same for each day!!!

Very clean and well kept hotel. Has a 24 hour Starbucks, and accessible car park.

When I checked in, the lady at the desk assured me I’d have a late 2pm check out. At 11am I was contacted by another receptionist and told I had to leave immediately. When I explained that a late check out had been confirmed at check in, I was told I wasn’t ‘eligible’ and had to leave at 1pm the latest.

El hotel esta muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas, el baño muy limpio. El hotel es perfecto sobre todo si vas a ir a los estudios de Harry Potter porque esta a 5 minutos de la estación de buses donde tienes que cogerlo. Una maravilla de hotel, mi madre y yo estamos muy contentas, si volvemos otra vez no dudaremos en volvernos a quedar. El desayuno es bufet y esta muy rico todo.

The hotel has a very handy location for transport, shopping, Harry Potter tour, night life too probably.

Everything. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. It was in a convenient location, close to shops and the Harry Potter Studios Bus Stop.

It is an unsecure hotel and terrible staff. Our money was stolen from the room safe that is locked by password. When I informed the hotel staff about the indicident, they reacted as if it was a normal event. They tried to close the issue and refused our claims. You money and your personel belongings will not be safe at this hotel.

Absolutely sparkling clean, really lovely staff, a beautiful hotel, perfect location for the Harry Potter bud for the studios tour. Right across the road from the train station, which was great as their were a couple of tube closures that weekend. Really, honestly loved our stay! First stay away from our baby and it was so comfortable and we had a brilliant nights sleep for the first time in 6 months!

Honestly, just where the kettle was! It was fixed to the wall but under the desk so it made making tea really awkward and the steam condensates under the desk. Would have been tidier and easier if we could have unplugged it and put it on the top of the desk. But it’s such a minor thing it really wasn’t terrible!

Hotel byl v klidné lokalitě, blízko nádraží, takže se dalo snadno dostat do centra. Líbil se mi interiérový design hotelu. A všechen personál byl moc milý.

Pokoj byl čistý, ale ošuntělý. Baterie byla poškrábaná stejně tak i záchodové prkénko. Malá vana. Ale hlavně v koupelně chyběla záchodová štětka. (Nevím, jestli je to ve Velké Británii běžné) Židle byla flekatá od polití neznámými tekutinami. Postel byla pěkně ustlaná, ale tak, že jsme při rozestýlání museli prostěradlo zastrkovat zpět. Rekonstrukci by si jistě zasloužila i fasáda hotelu. Opadaná omítka byla první věc, kterou jsme viděli, když jsme dorazili k hotelu. Snídaně byly dobré, ale po pár nocí už byly nudné.

The view from our room looked over the car park, so it wasn't impressive. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not included in our stay so we walked to High St, which isn't too far and gave a us a variety of options. The menu is pub style with a reasonable variety and caters for Vegan and Vegetarian options.

If you take the stairs beware the signage isn't too good and you may take the wrong door. So signage needs to be clearer.

Very comfortable room and ambience; everything worked! excellent breakfasts and the dinner I had one evening; really good location.

The waitress who served my dinner was rather clueless - maybe she was new? A bit expensive, but that wouldn't stop me staying at a Holiday Inn again.

Did exactly what we needed. We had to check in quicky to go to a wedding and everything was sorted for us. Thank you.

Wi-Fi is absolutely useless could not even get directions with google map, opening a website takes forever, for get about streaming news or anything. There is not bedside light, either you are in the dark or super flashes by the ceiling lights.

Good location and value for money, decent facilities.

The hotel puts check-in availability from 14:00 onwards yet we weren’t allowed to check-in (rooms not being cleaned on time) until 14:45. After a long commute this was frustrating. If check-in isn’t available before 15:00 this simply needs to be advertised.
