The street where it is located its by far the most clean and nice to walk around. The hotel has 3 pools divided among the building.

Breakfast.. bad selection and really poor taste. I always find the check in at all Asian hotels weird.. why do they need all your passports and checking room on check out.. weird also. Hate standing around for more than 3 minutes on checkin.. have the keys ready, hand over your credit card and move on.

staffs were friendly, even they took the time to remember your name. the room was excellent, clean and had a lot of space. location was excellent, close but secluded enough from the hustle and bustle of central ubud. the nearby neighborhood is pretty, a picturesque serene Balinese village.

I like it all, the pool couldve been better but its good already.

Everything , the location in Ubud is amazing near the monkey forest. We had to cross the monkey forest to go in center town . Only 10 min walking. So we did not visit the monkey forest lolol. The facility and the confort of the family room is amazing.

the swimming pool is ok ... But their should clear all surfacing floating ants every morning in order for people to enjoy it more. It wasn't that dirty but I was a bit reluctant to go inside because of floating fly wasps ...etc. It takes only 30 minutes to clean . then do it every morning.

Very good location in Ubud, room was large and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of water dispensers in the hotel to refill my water bottle.

The continental breakfast choices were a bit limited. No shower gel provided (only soap bar and shampoo were provided in the room).

Freindly spotless great value for money lovely staff so helpfull in every way pleasent kind..loved it so much we paid for an extra week? We will defo go back next year?? Breakfast out this world could not fault this hotel in Anyway??...

The location. Room was spacious.

It was too noisy and resting and sleeping was very difficult because of noises from other rooms. The bed sheets/ covers had blood stains on them.

the villa is isolatef and far from the resort and as i have kids, didnt like it Also all monkeys arounds you so you dont enjoy the food without threads! breakfast is below average

Holidayed at this resort five years ago and returned in July ‘22 following COVID. While the resort was slightly less busy than our last time here, it was still absolutely wonderful. Terrific spa experience, excellent location, new restaurants on the local street, close to day clubs at waterfalls, excellent staff. Just terrific.

The room is very clean and well maintain especially the bathroom. They also upgrade our room into pool acces (previously I booked pool view only). And they provide drinking water tank at some areas to make us easier to refill anytime.

The location is quite far from the centre, and there is not many cafe or resto around the neighbourhood. Especially because of the pandemic situation, the back entrance of the monkey forest is closed, so its really understandable why many resto/foodstall at that area are still close.

We were in a villa. The rooms were very clean, the rooms and bathrooms had good size, the beds were very good and the staff very friendly. The villas are a little walk from the hotel but that is fine. We were there with a teanager and that worked well with two bathrooms. We arrived late but there is a nice cafe just on the corner (bohemian) and nice cafees down the road (blend cafe, mother ). There is a path just behind the house to Ubud. We could use the fine swimming pools at the hotel and they also had very good massage.

The breakfast was not so interesting but we think this is due to the corona situation.

Overall this was a great Staycation, we live in Bali.. but took a few days off to chill in Ubud. The Ubud Wana Hotel is great.. the rooms are super clean, they changed the bedding daily ( no need in my opinion ) With 3 swimming pools ( one closed) its excellent to enjoy a swim. The only thing I would advise yo is due to Covid.. staff is reduced.. they DO NOT have Breakfasts.. so check what you are paying for. That being said.. there are local Warungs across the road.. and I recommend the Black Sheep Cafe at the end of the road where the Monkey Forest is. We would stay again..
