Manque des ustensiles de cuisine.

Apartament dla czterech osób jest całkiem spory i wygodny, zapewnia sporą przestrzeń. Dwie łazienki dają duży komfort użytkowania. Wyposażenie jest wystarczające, w kuchni znajdują się wszystkie potrzebne naczynia. Łóżka są wygodne, ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja też dobrze działają. Taras z pełnym wypoczynkowym wyposażeniem też jest super. Szkoda, że w trakcie mojego pobytu było trochę za zimno na kąpiel w basenie, ale woda była bardzo czysta.

Przydałby się nowszy telewizor ze Smart TV, ponieważ w telewizji 99% stanowią programy hiszpańskojęzyczne, a ich pakiet nie jest zbytnio rozbudowany. Kanapa w salonie mogłaby być trochę wygodniejsza. Do pełni szczęścia przy dłuższym pobycie brakuje chyba tylko zmywarki w kuchni.

Kein Personal vor Ort erreichbar- auch nicht zu den angegebenen Rezeptionszeiten. Zugesicherter wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel funktionierte nur nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung. Terrassentür defekt, Küchenfenster schloss nicht, Safeschloss nur gegen tägliche Gebühr. Überall Mückenleichen an den Wänden, teilweise unsauber in der Küche. Ausgebaute Unterschränke in der Küche. Viel zu wenig Geschirr. Keine Spülmaschine. Nachts extrem laut durch Partys in den anderen Wohnungen, teilweise bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Alles extrem hellhörig.

Het appartement was super ruim en netjes ingericht.

De ligging was niet prettig altijd een drukke weg over steken met heel veel verkeer 24/7

lovely pool, very warm, good size . apartment 2 bedroom was new and modern, very spacious.

a few more kitchen accessories needed eg cleaning fluid, cloth. plus wine glasses needed.

Very spatious flat for 6-8 persons on two floors ( we had the duplex ); very well equipped kitchen ( pity that there was no dishwasher though), excellent view towards swimming pool), easy access in and out ( however only a key is given so if two families share the flat, they need to synchronize their comings and goings); walking distance to a very nice and large beach with deep waters ( 15-17' walk); close proximity to several big shops ( Lidl, Carrefour, Merkal,...). We always found free parking spaces outdoors at 5' -7' walk from the hotel. Clean flat and two bathrooms, with plenty of towels. Large balconies ( three of them), including also a clothes hanger to dry towels and swimming suits.

The check-in procedure was a bit complex and not very clear, but it worked out after several email exchanges and making a phone call to hotel number ( which was a bot, directing you to another bot, then to a clerk, then to another clerk, but all was good after being directed to the right place) ; the webpage that requires the preregistration for all people sharing the flat worked for some of us, but not for the others ( thus some personal details had to be given by phone) and the access codes were delivered 1h before the check-in time ( which was ok, but not clearly explained in the check-in procedure, who stated that codes are given about 1 day before).

When I got the information about how to get the keys it was easy.

The information in the Booking app said that I would meet someone on the spot. When I came there was a message that said that I had not registerd online I should walk 1 km to a hotel and register there. When I came there I was registered and got the information that the key was in a box at my apartment. The told me I should have gotten a message about register online. That message was lost í my email in other long messages from the hotel. I got locked inside the bathroom for almost 2 hours becouse the door witch is without a lock got stuck. When my family called the staff they laughed at first. Then two phonecalls later they sent someone over to open the door wich took them at least 30 minutes. When we looked at the other bathroomdoor we saw the same damage there so this was not the first time this happened. And what did the Hotel to make this up to us? NOTHING.
