Solicitei que fosse colocada a refeição do meu filho na minha hospedagem e o restaurante cobrou dele, mesmo tendo 12 anos, se eu não tivesse avisado na recepção, ok, mas fazer uma criança as 19:00 buscar o cartão dos pais para poder jantar, para mim é inaceitável.

Wonderful staff and very good customer services around the restaurant and front office area. Very helpful and supportive for every guest .. those two guys are amazing supportive staff .

Very remote area away from the center and we were staying at residence building which is very old furniture and kitchenette. Housekeeping must improve the services

The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, with enough expected amenities. The breakfast was very diverse, with fresh materials, nice collection and changes day over day.

The sound isolation from the adjacent rooms was terrible. This definitely affected the comfort. The bed was not as comfy as expected from a Marriot.

It was good, but not enouhg proteins too many bread, would like more healthy choices

Poor breakfast. Some basic products missing: water, ham, cream cheese. Some of them were brought for us, after a long wait.

The staff was great. Beatrice was always so friendly and Alice was a joy to speak with.

No hot water in my shower, TV was absolutely horrible in the bedroom, no simple amenities like paper towels, dish soap even though the kitchen was in the room. I'd say it was less than basic. They really need to modernize the rooms.
