Location the best. Not on the beach which was good because beachfront was very noicy. This wasnt far from beach but location peacefull. Easy to come. Rooms were spacious but A/C worked with coins so was not included.

A/C required some cash/coins to work.

Exactly as described, the view is just wow! The apartment is huge, cost/benefit really good as well Furthermore, the owner was always available, as to solve any of our questions. Only thing to notice, a lot of construction around the apartment, so a bit loud during the week (at least during off seasons - before beginning of april 2023)

Lovely large apartment only minutes from the bay, really clean and well stocked. Great to have air-conditioning for the bedrooms at night, especially for my parents. Great communication throughout with a really informative guidebook.

This property is an amazing treasure! BEAUTIFUL view from the balcony. AMAZING air. The apartment is in good condition and very very well equipped. A VERY COMFORTABLE apartment with a WORLD CLASS view. (e.g. the sofa in the living room is comfortable). I am honestly, strongly, happily recommending this apartment to everyone. We (with my wife) have been very very very lucky to stay in this apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is elegant.

I think the check-in and check-out experience can be improved. Obviously I strongly and honestly respect the efforts of the managers and I see and sense that they are working hard, they are working serious. A late check-out option has to be explicitly offered, check out time has to be considered to be optionally slightly extended. Check-out time and check-in time can be better synchronized and thought through, both to be made more flexible, less stressful, more smoothly handled and communicated. Having said this I want to make sure people understand that this is SECONDARY. This is a minor thing. The QUALITY and the SIZE and the CLEANLINESS and the COMFORT and the VIEW and the EQUIPPMENTS of this apartment are SUPERIOR! This is the primary message: try it and you will be VERY HAPPY!

Needs more deep cleaning and sanitizing especially in the bathroom as at night there were small cockroaches on the floor.
