Away from the business of Xlendi or Victoria, felt instantly relaxed during my stay here.

No fixed shower head - but other than that everything was good!

This hotel is 10/10. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay, the hotel itself is decorated to perfection. The food, the cleanliness and the location are outstanding. The list could go on. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely setting and style of hotel, very nice atmosphere

Air con was malfunctioning, reported it but did not get fixed during the day. Reported it again on returning to hotel in the evening, a staff member came to our room, did not know how to work the system and switched it off/broke it completely. Took 30 minutes to try to fix it but failed. Resulted in having to move rooms at midnight to a double room (having booked a twin). Hotel refused to off any compensation despite the hassle of moving rooms in the middle of the night, and simply said it could be fixed the day after we checked out. Not good customer service for the price of 1 night (EUR 145 for twin room, no breakfast).
