Die Zimmer sind erst ab 15.30 frei! Auf Booking steht 15.00.
Leider hat es dann im Apartment auch unangenehm gemuffelt. Sowas geht gar nicht!

Self Check in ist gut
Ich hatte letztes mal schon ein sehr schmutziges Zimmer, in der Dusche Schimmel ect. Und es gemeldet.
Außerdem hatte ich jetzt zum zweiten mal NUR KALTES WASSER!
Am Teppich waren kleine Glasscherben wo ich draufgetreten bin und um 22:40 war Feueralarm und wir mussten für 30min aus den Zimmern.
Auf meine Anfrage nach Kulanz bei einer über 300€ teuren Rechnung (für zwei Nächte) habe ich keine Antwort bekommen, nur ein: das Wasser sollte bald wieder warm sein.
ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT = NIE WIEDER
Nach einer Nacht bin ich gefahren, das wollte ich mir nicht nocheinmal antuen.

The location was good, close proximity to many tourist attractions.
The whole contactless check in concept of not being able to converse with a human, no idea where to park, the bathroom door handle was broken, no amenities provided in the bathroom so please remember to carry your own stuff, the bed was super uncomfortable and omg!! The breakfast was awful! Never ever had such horrible ‘breakfast’ ever! It’s just kept in a trolley outside somewhere which you have to ‘go figure’. Ridiculous!

Very stylish. Supermarket close by and taxi from the train station 9 euros. Cafe across the road. Our trip was a quick overnight transfer but would definately book again when returning to innsbruck. Thank you!

We were satisfied with the accomodation, it is modern, spacious, well-equipped. We faced minor inconveniences (entry card not working, missing hairdryer), but the staff answered immediately and resolved everything.
There were several dusty spots in the apartment, but overall far from dirty. Cleaning staff could also double-check the washing machine, it was packed with unwashed stuff when we arrived.

We liked the type of hotel, really good idea. Everything works autonomously, there is a small kitchen in the room.
Room was EXTREMELY dirty. Everything was covered in dust, in wardrobe there were pieces of chips, mirror and windows were dirty, dishwasher had dishes of previous guests. No soap for dishes. We paid for parking, but when we came to hotel in the evening - a large sewage vehicle was blocking the entrance for more than an hour, so we ended up parking on the street and paying again. Plus, check out time is 10:30, but at 9:50 a cleaning person just entered our room and expected us to get out.

20 minutes walking from city center.
Room is very small for 3 persons, when we booked it was stated 25m², but it feels less, maybe it was calculated with bathroom (which is big). There is no hangers for jackets, so you have to put them on the chair. Glasses and other galley utensils were not clean.

The apartment is very clean. Has everything all facilities . Very beautiful view from the window.Close to all bus stops . 10 minutes from the city centre.

Good location most things in walking distance. Room was toasty warm during the cold snowy weather. Good shower.
Beds are very hard especially the spare bed for extra person. Honestly like sleeping on a concrete slab. Property should invest in some good mattress toppers! Coffee machine was faulty and didn’t work, also a very sparse selection of tea/coffee & no lights fitted to the loose wires above the kitchen unit and so it was difficult to see what we was doing with the kitchen being dark interior.

The view from our room was excellent!
We found a leftover towel from previous guests in our bathroom, and the trash from the bathroom wasn't cleaned out either. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. The checkout time is at 10:30, and the check-in time is ~15:00, which gives plenty of time to clean the room. Our friends lived in the other room, which was cleaner, but the dishwasher was on when they entered the room, and it kept going for 4 more hours, which is weird, so they had to forcefully turn it off. And the dishes were still dirty.

Nice modern room, good location, quiet and nice view of the mountains, easy contactless chenk-in, functional kitchen.
The room was not 100% clean - carpets had a bunch of dust and dirt on them, there were many long dark hairs on the white bedsheets, the TV didn’t work (had 0 channels and didn’t connect to Wifi) and when I wrote the hotel it seemed that someone would come in the morning to help with this but nothing happened. There were a bunch of small things that made it seem like you are not cared for really as a guest.

Very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a coffee machine with capsules (although there were only three capsules for three persons for two days).
Lots of built in wardrobes which are very convenient. There is underground parking if needed.
I liked the fact that there is the possibility of communication with the staff, even on a Sunday.
I can recommend these apartments with great pleasure. If I come to Innsbruck again, I will definitely choose BlackHome.
The lighting in the bathroom is very poor.

Room were nice
Issues with curtain not working which caused the room to bright all day. No effort by hotel to help find a solution even after requesting a few times
No staff on site is a big issue. The onLy way to contact is via email and that takes a lot of time.

The room is spacious, very clean, internet working perfectly. Easy to get key of the room. Good way of renting a room, like it.
Underground room does not reach mobile phone network.
Not easy to understand how to exit from the garage. No phone number to call for help. I went out and open the garage door from outside, then run to pick car and drive out.

Good location, comfortable rooms
despite self check-in there is intrusive and rude staff. check-out at 10.30, but at 9.50 they knocked on the door and warn about it, and also came at 10.10 and at 10.27 just opened our door and were smoking in front of the room. stupid booking of garage (can be only done by online link that hotel sends only of you ask). additional sleeping place was dirty with hair
