Everything. The house was amazing. .... the furnishings and charm of the old house was very reminiscent of days gone by. Main street just outside the front door.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely historic building. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and nice big white fluffy towels and robes. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Private. Good facilities. Old school vibes but clean and in good nick. Secure and safe. Standard noise from bar? next door on Friday and Saturday nights unavoidable but a bit bothersome. Comes with the location.

The tap over the bathroom sink wasn't long enough so water splashed all over the bathroom counter and pooled every time we washed our hands. Didn't really notice until the toiletries bag was soaked the first time. Pillows and mattress a bit soft so I left with a kinked neck. Everything else was brilliant and top notch.

No breakfast.

A jug in the bedroom. I don’t know how to operate those coffee machines.

A beautifully restored period building. Greeted by the owner on arrival & offered the most amazing piece of carrot cake! Soft white linen, towels & bathrobes. Its all about the personal touch & these guys do it!

Fantastic place, a historic building that has been fully refitted. Very clean, comfortable, and great location. Would definitely stay there again.

No electric blankets. Kitchen rubbish bin faulty. Broom to sweep rubbish or vacuum. Get rid of tea cosies as full of dust!!

location good, excellent for anyone with mobility issues as bathroom big.

partner in wheelchair & he had to transfer out of chair to use walker to get up small step onto verandah. couldn’t get their ramp off wall.

The savage dog/s that live on site or was it just a guest? Scared the life out of us.

the studio itself was very cute, loved the vintage style shutter blinds. on-site parking was very convenient and the security gate made things feel safer. the overall aesthetic and design of the whole property was pleasant to wake up or drive into. was also nice that the self checkin and checkout meant we weren’t really interrupted at all during our whole stay.

bathroom lighting was a little dark for when my partner needed to do her makeup (I think the mirror down lights were broken). but on a normal day the lighting would have been fine. it did also get a bit cold in the bathroom, so maybe an extra heater would help. price per night was also a little high for the place

The property was was misleading - it was described as a boutique hotel with lovely lounge areas and friendly staff. It is now occupied by a family and not working as a boutique hotel. the Studio looked as though set in courtyard yet is was up 2 flights of stairs and was a little poky and stuffy. overall disappointing and not worth the price - we paid $15 more to stay at a beautiful Spicers retreat .

Location was great- right in the heart of Mittagong!

Immaculately clean & well appointed cottage with a very comfy bed.

Couldn’t find fault with anything.

we were very impressed by the quality of the accommodation. it’s very rare to find something of this standard out side of a major city. it would certainly leave the majority of high end hotels in the dust
