The room was beautiful and the shortbread was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was incredible.
The only two things we didn’t like were the pillows, they weren’t very comfortable but the bed itself was lovely. We would have also loved a bath but the shower is amazing. We are just bath people.

Beautiful location, lovely accommodation & welcoming staff. Good food & onsite car parking.
Would’ve been the icing on the cake, if they had a comfortable lounge area in the bar, for the staying guests & feather pillows on the beds for that additional touch of luxury & comfort.

Room cleanliness, restaurant is at your doorstep, large parking space and nearby to the city.
The fact that there isn’t a single drawer available in the room has put the property sightly markdown on facility.

Clean, beautiful, exceptional
It’s not a complaint but my parents are in their 80s and found the shower and bathroom floor too slippery and no grab rails or option to put a shower mat down. My mum nearly slipped in the shower and dad couldn’t wash at all as he is in a wheel chair, so washing for him was impossible.

Despite the location adjacent to a pub/restaurant it was very quiet.

Bathtub in a spacious bathroom.
Comfortable bed.
Welcoming staff (reception cover was provided by the pub/restaurant staff because of my late arrival) - very helpful.

Location was lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a fan in the room which didn't work - that was sorted within minutes of us telling the staff.
Would have liked air conditioning and 2 chairs to sit on (there was only one in the room).

The room was STUNNING - huge, comfy, had everything you needed.

room a little stuffy and window not far from road so didn’t want to open for air

There has been a change of management and it shows ! We have stayed here a number of times and this was easily the nicest stay. Very tasty meal in the restaurant.

We were attending a funeral of a close family members, the wake was also at the Manor. The staff were very accommodating and made the event as smooth and painless as possible.
Having stayed in the same room before it was starting to show signs of age with some of the painwork looking tired.
