Conference style hotel, big rooms, big beds, very good value for money. Not a destination but a good alternative to travelodge.
Staff could be a bit more friendly, this is our second stay and staff were still the same.

Very well presented and clean, bright and spacious throughout. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, good sized and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our package and it was very good, buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice of fruit, cereals, pastries, yogurts, cooked breakfast items, toast and spreads, hot and cold drinks. It was better than some far more expensive places we've stayed and we would definitely stay again.
The air con unit flashed all night and was annoying but I was told by reception all units are due to be replaced in the near future, which will alleviate that issue. If it hadn't been for this, I'd have given a 10/10

I always LOVE the staff, so kind and friendly.
The restaurant was very good.
I must have been by a plant room as it was very noisy, also the floorboards along the landing on the 1st floor are terrible. I didn't sleep at all well this time which was frustrating when I had four nights with you and was working.

Great value for money
Room was as far as possible from reception thought we were staying in Leicester and all beers on except IPA.

Bedroom as expected. Bed very comfy. Slept well.
Unable to use WiFi, reception phoned, but staff not very helpful. I had work to do, so this did cause a bit of a problem.
Unable to find hotel information on TV. Couldn't work out whether room service was available. Decided not to phone reception again due to the unhelpful staff.
Would really like a plug socket near the bed. This is often a problem.

I’ve stayed here a number of times. The staff are great, very friendly and professional and have always arranged a preferred room for me. The room was comfortable and clean with tea and coffee etc available. Parking is also very good and plentiful.
The hotel is a little tired in places, corridors in the main, but probably due a refurbishment at some point. There can be some noise from other guests but this is sadly typical of people’s lack of consideration and not the hotels fault.

locality, breakfast was more than adequate
my room was very tired, bathroom especially needed maintenance with missing mortar in floor tiles and poor finish generally

Room was spacious and clean.
Property is dated. Hotel had a couple of university sports teams staying. There was lots of noise throughout the night.

Location was good. Our son is a student and it was nice that he could join us for a complimentary breakfast. There was a good variety of choice for breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and tidy.
One of the bedside lights were out.
At breakfast the eggs and beans weren't particularly appealing however, fresh food was prepared when asked.

Always great to have on-site parking. The room was comfortable and the reception staff friendly and helpful in the absence of room-service due to staff issues. Only stayed one night and did not opt for breakfast, but had nothing to complain about - good value for money.
Navigating stairs with luggage is always a pain.
