My kids and I stayed at this property for 3 days in the sun. We were a 30 second walk to the beach and pool and enjoyed an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. This vrbo had all the beach chairs and towels to make it even easier to enjoy the water. The kitchen was very clean and stocked for cooking. All other rooms also clean and spacious. Quiet property. Had a great time and everything we needed.

The accommodation was great. We arrived and everything was so put together and homey. We were able to do a lot in the apartment such as cook with the stove and microwave as well as counter space. The big closets and many drawers were convenient for laying our clothes out and staying organized throughout our stay. My favorite part was the spacious living room area that led to a balcony with a view of the beach. The sounds of the ocean were immensely relaxing and my family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our one week stay and apartment was very neat. We will revisit again!

Anna and the property manager Elcio were so great to work with. They were very accommodating with our arrival and again with our departing flight schedule. The condo was super nice and clean and had a good view of the pool area and beach. Everything you needed for your stay was available, including household essentials, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location was perfect, not too crowded, nice beach area, and was centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed very much our stay and the place was very nice. We will revisit again!

The apartment was super clean and had almost all the amenities I could think of. Beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, umbrella… kitchen was stocked with super nice dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Only thing they didn’t have was a muffin tin which I had brought a few muffin mixes for breakfast but everything else you could think of they had! Im very particular on cleanliness and the place was spotless! Plenty of space for all our clothing. We were super impressed with everything!! I should mention the amazing location as well. We went down to the Broadwalk nightly for dinner, shopping and live music. We’re already planning our trip back next year!!

I can't say enough about this property or the host. My daughter and I arrived much earlier than the specified check-and worked with Anna in advance so that when we landed we were checked in as soon as we arrived. Thank you. We were met there by Elico who walked us through the check-in process and the unit. It is important to highlight anything (similar to renting a car) and let Anna know (which she most likely already does) just to avoid any confusion i.e. the sun umbrella was broken and a few other small things. Which were not a problem. As for unit - it is gorgeous my daughter loved it. The pictures do not do it justice. The private beach and pool were great. The location is awesome; the boardwalk 10 - 15 minute walk, the grocery store walking distance, and just a cross the street a great coffee and pastry shop, along with an awesome pizza restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the main lobby too. I can tell you that walking on the beach at sunset with your feet in the water while your daughter is laughing and picking up sea shells is the thing life long memories are made of. I know that this was one of the best experiences I've had as a parent. Thanks Anna for allowing us into your home.

The apartment is just as shown in pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom. Quiet neighbors. The Tides is a nice property with a relaxed feel. A few common courtesy rules to know but that is to be expected. No masks required unless you wish to wear one. Good restaurants for pizza/casual dining right across the street and Walmart is walking distance. 20-30 min from airport, we Ubered this trip and would do so again. We hope to return to this lovely condo soon; the view from the balcony is gorgeous!

Everything was great. From the time we met and checked in with Elcio until we left, everything went well. Communication was wonderful. We had a small issue that was taken care of, literally within minutes. The place was clean and exactly what we were hoping for!

The condo itself was lovely. The parking situation was not. when we arrived at the condo, the gentleman told us that we had to wait until the next day to get a parking pass. he told us for now that he would let us in and out. we drove the car to the parking lot where there was an alarm system. I drove up to the arm and it would not open. I got out of the car and all of a sudden the arm went up and hit me in the head and I knocked me to the ground. I filed a complaint with the management.

Loved the property and location. Anna was very responsive to questions and very pleasant to work with! We had a great vacation for my 60th birthday!!

Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the condo for us. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Anna was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Hollywood Beach area.

If you stay here, inventory every item in the apartment to make sure they don't accuse of stealing it later. Request check out procedures because we did not have any (except empty trash) and you'll get accused of leaving it in shambles. Check the linens / sheets for stains, because I got accused of blood on a sham, when I don't even use shams! (who uses shams at a vacation rental??) We would have liked to return here but unfortunately not at this property. We arrived at the property, and there was sand in one of the beds in the bedroom. I alerted the property manager who assured me the sheets are thoroughly cleaned. Rather than argue I changed the sheets. There was so much sand in the sheets, you could hear it fall from the sheets as they were removed. In the kitchen, I noticed there were very few (2-3) drinking glasses. Rather than alert the property manager again (after his response on the sheets), I said, no problem we'll use the coffee mugs. Upon leaving, as a single mother of 3, we left some powdered sugar on the stove top and some m&ms spilled. I did not think it was a big deal nor was it an expansive "mess". Once arrived back home I received a very nasty message from the owner accusing me of missing plates, towels, glasses, and wine glasses. She did let me know there was a stain on the couch, and in the pics, I did confirm, it looks like sunblock (my youngest may have gotten it on there) and an invoice but no directions on how to resolve. The email from the owner was confrontational and trying to create a narrative in an effort for me to be held accountable for the missing items, in addition to the couch for which I never have received info as to how to resolve.

We had the best time. The condo is gorgeous and we got accommodationed early check in. Gorgeous location, everyone friendly, great pool, beach! Thank you, thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s condo . Thank you for sharing it with us. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Elcio was a great help when we checked in. We will definitely be going back .

We spend great time in the condo. The condo is very clean and it was nice that we were so nice to the ocean.

Very clean condo and well equipped with everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen so we were able to make meals. Also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Property manager was very responsive and flexible with our check in times which meant the world to us! Thank you!

Everything was great but I think the charge for fobs is a complete rip off!! This should be included as the price was high enough- also should have garbage’s bags there and more towels

Great place. Nicely located. Beach and pool amazing. Felt watched inside by elevator and around pool. Saw some " rule breakers" playing music and drinks by pool. Never thought we couldn't play soft music. Othes did and nothing said. Walmart...7-11 nearby to walk. Super clean and cozy.

The apartment is in great shape, has a great view and is right by the beach. The property has a nice pool. Will definitely stay again. The only minor inconvenience is that the washer and dryer are outside the unit and require a card that you need to fill with credits at the front desk.

Before vacations and during the stay everything made us feel we were in good hands ! Great great place to stay.

Anna- Thank you for the opportunity to have some warmth and sunshine! We picked this unit given proximity to the beach and we loved walking right out to the beach! We cooked some and there was enough kitchen gadgets for our needs. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We can’t wait to go back.

The condo was perfectly clean! Loved how it was decorated/furnished. View from the condo was amazing. Easy access to the beach was awesome! Very relaxing to lay at the pool. I would love to stay here again!!

Renting with Anna was terrific . Answered all my questions and check in was a breeze. Only downside was property little farther away from boardwalk that we thought .. but that was a short Uber ride! Love our stay
