Perfect for three or even four people. When we had a problem with the closet door, we had an immediate response and resolution. Surroundings are beautiful, and we had a comfortable space to host family who were staying next door when they would visit. Great location to appreciate being in the countryside, but quite reasonably near to a grocery store, restaurants, etc

The house was really clean! Very spacious with lots of room between the bedrooms.
The bathtub jets didn't work. On a leisure trip, this is the type of thing you pay for and expect to be operational. We also thought it was outrageous to pay $100 cleaning fee and still have a chore list of checkout expectations.

We liked the space; the house arrangement and I liked the small bathroom in the room I had and then used the other one for showers. We liked the washer and dryer (I had my own laundry stuff since I wasn't sure what would be there) and except for the sent email not getting to me for some weird reason, the owner called me and then texted me the info and everything worked out fine.
The one bed near the bigger bathroom wasn't as comfortable to sleep in (my sister was in that room) but was ok. I couldn't use the closet in my room because the 2nd bed was there and I didn't want to move it out but it all worked out ok. The only suggestion I have is a drying rack (which we didn't see or find) so that when you wash clothes, you have some place to hang them - wasn't anything outside either that we could find since some of our clothes we brought w/us doesn't go in dryers. Had a little trouble getting the dryer on the right cycle - so maybe a short instruction would be helpful.

It felt like home when you can’t be home—it was clean and comfortable. The bungelow’s a great place for children. It was just fantastic. The host was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had.
I wish checkout times were later so we could stay longer!

Loved the view, spacious accommodations, close to highways and supermarkets.
No Cablevision for local news. Stairs, because I have bad knees.

The furnishings were very home-like. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The bedroom was warm and peaceful in it's decorating. The couch was large and comfortable. The internet was high in speed and reliable throughout the stay. The owner was very kind and generous. She was amenable to my dogs and we did have a wonderful time there
It is a mobile home. The bathroom fixtures were most obviously the ones specific to a mobile home. Being a single-wide, the width of the home is tight. To allow for as many persons that this home was indicated to hold, the second bedroom is stuffed tight with 2 beds and tiny walking space. The outside light is very sensitive to movement (good) but it is not possible to turn it on from inside. The TV is specifically internet-based. If one does not have streaming accounts there would be no TV available to them. I was hoping to see local news for the winter weather but could not get local tv.

Furniture soiled; overall could have used some updating. A bit shabby.

Quiet location, gorgeous views, the quaint house was stocked for guest use with needed linens, kitchen had basic cookware, fully stocked coffee/tea bar, natural/organic spices, sprouted grain bread products in the freezer, farm-fresh eggs, etc. Wifi is available, TV is ready to use Roku/Netflix guest accounts. If we travel this way again, we would definitely look for this property. Host was attentive and available, we did not meet the host in person.
The slightly lower facility rating is due to the age of the house (guessing 70’s or early 80’s), nothing unexpected, it would be like staying in an older relative’s home. Host is actively updating the property.
