Very nice pool area, great restaurants and tasty breakfast. A large property to take long walks, and an absolutely breath-taking golf course. It is a plus that the hotel has free chargers for electric cars.
The deluxe rooms are 42 m2, that said they feel somehow very small because of the layout and size of the furniture. A breakfast is still 11 am but gets very packed on a weekend between 10-11. I would definitely recommend to extend the breakfast hours till 12 pm on weekends, otherwise the staff is not able to offer 5* breakfast like on other days.
On a little minus side, there are 6 or 7 electric car chargers, but since it is a self parking and if you arrive late to the hotel, you miss the spot and have to wait till the car owners decide to leave and move their car. I would suggest EV charges are to be used only by valet staff that can change the cars that are being charged.

À peu près tout. De l’accueil, aux restaurants, les piscines, les espaces de jeux pour les enfants. Le lieu magnifique. Et surtout le personnel exceptionnel. Merci au Directeur, Diogo, Thiago, Inès du restaurant Il Mercato et bien d’autres. Tout le monde est adorable. Je n’ai jamais connu cela.
Un bruit d’ascenseur de service qui nous a fait changé de chambre mais encore une fois le personnel s’est chargé de déménager tous nos bagages

A estadia no Penha Longa Resort em Sintra foi excelente. O ambiente é ideal para descanso e relaxamento. A gastronomia é de alta qualidade, proporcionando refeições memoráveis. O resort oferece uma experiência perfeita para casais, permitindo momentos de qualidade juntos. O atendimento foi excepcional, com uma equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Em resumo, uma experiência de luxo que superou as expectativas.

É um lugar de sonho em todos os aspectos. Minha filha se casou lá, parecia um conto de fadas, a igreja, salão de festas, atendimento, as diferentes etapas da recepção, comida, organização,... o hotel perfeito, o único senão foi ter que ir embora depois de 4 dias maravilhosos!
Como eu disse, não gostei de ter que ir embora. Que staff nota 10, que hotel perfeito!

Todo es perfecto, si hay algo que destacar es el personal que es de 10. Es de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. La ubicación esta genial, cerca de sitios como Cascais o Sinta. Muy tranquilo en un entorno precioso. La habitación es muy amplia, con una cama grande y comodisima, baño super completo, muy limpia y cuidada. Cuenta com varios restaurantes que aunque no son baratos, son muy buenos. El desayuno es buenisimo, hay de todo, platos frios, calientes, zumos naturales, embutidos, frutas, dulces y con cocina para hacerte lo que quieras al momento. Las instalaciones son una auténtica maravilla. Un sitio para repetir una y otra vez.
Solo indicaria que la piscina interior tiene el agua un poco fria para ser interior. Por lo demas el hotel el perfecto.

מקום האירוח היה טוב, אבל כשהזמנו את המלון ביחד עם הילדים והנכדים שמתגוררים בחו״ל ראינו שיש שם תשע מסעדות אפילו אחת או שתיים עטורות כוכבי מישלן. ובכן הייתה מסעדה אחת עם תפריט שאי אפשר לאכול כל יום. וגם בר שמשרת קצת אוכל. זה לא נתן לנו כמשפחה מענה. חוץ מזה היה רשום באתר שהמלון נמצא במרחק 4 ק״מ מסינטרה. ובכן המלון נמצא במרחק של 9 ק״מ. חצי שעה נסיעה כל פעם. חבל שלא מדייקים בפרטים וחבל שלא מעדכנים שבעונה זאת אין 9 מסעדות. היינו בוחרים לשהות במלון אחר יותר נגיש,

Very beautiful resort close to Lisbon. We booked a suite with balcony and nice views of the golf course. There were 2 outdoor pools which were too cold to use, and an additional large indoor heated pool which my daughter loved. The Michelin restaurants were closed since it was low season, only the pan Asian restaurant and the Spanish/Portuguese restaurants were open. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable.
The quality of the food at the restaurants could be better. We had high expectations since it’s a Ritz Carlton property. However the taste of the food at the tapas restaurant was way under par compared to the food we had during our one week trip to Portugal. We ate at the resort for convenience. But if we stayed longer we would rather go out to eat.

Everything very relaxing and the staff in every department were so lovely. Nothing at all was a problem always had a smile and always gave a greeting as they walked passed you or you entered a room. The staff are an asset to this hotel well done everyone and thank you for taking great care of us.
Gym was first class ans the walks around the resort were amazing so much to see.

Beautiful setting. Fantastic facilities for adults (Michelin star restaurants, gym, spa) and kids (in-/outdoor play areas, pool). Comfortable rooms and well laid-out so the pool, lunch restaurant, kids club, wellness and gym are all right next to one another. That way one parent can do a quick gym session whilst the other is entertaining the kids and vice versa - or you can put your kids in the kids club of course. All just a 20 minutes drive from Lisbon.

The location is beautiful. The comfort of the beds and pillows is fabulous, the food is great and the staff are professional and helpful.

Amazing staff, they will go the extra mile, we arrived at 1030 and got our room straight away. This property is extraordinary with the best gym I have seen in a hotel that category. Asian food restaurant was unique, the breakfast was fantastic. Great location for Sintra and Cascais. Very pet friendly, my dog loved his tipi. I sincerely recommend this quiet and beautiful place.
The tapas restaurant. We arrived very late which did not seem to please the waitress. She was not that friendly and we were rushed through the whole dining process. I had asked for mixed vegetables, I got a mixed salad instead but for the price of the former. Food was not bad, but for a place like that, only satisfactory. No comparison to the Asian restaurant.

The room is very conformable, the breakfast is amazing, the kids club and playground outside are spacious and full of diverse equipment for all ages and the staff was really friendly.
The water in the inside pool should have been warmer;
They should also alert that there is no staff at the kids club, only on busy holidays time;
The property should alert the clients that there is on ongoing construction on the site and that there is construction noise for basically almost all the rooms from 8am until 8pm, every week day.
