I like the location the cleanest room, the service it’s a good hotel for family. Also everything was so luxury I really recommend it if you are going to Paris and you will have access to everywhere.

Nothing everything was excellent

It’s the best location in Paris . The reception staff and the bell captains are all extremely friendly and helpful . House keeping is good and clean.Room size is great for Paris hotels

The rooms are outdated and needs renovation for this price point and the facilities are a bit rundown due to high demand but it’s not a bad experience in general the hotel will be on my shortlist for next trips to Paris

The overpriced breakfast was the only okay thing about the stay.

Waited 30 minutes to get checked in with only one person working at reception. This hotel is very expensive and rated as 5-star; in my opinion, this hotel isn't even close to 3-star. The room smelled of old cigarettes. The curtains and carpets were dirty. The mattress was very old, sagged, and not comfortable at all, not to mention it was only a double bed at a rate of €700 a night. The television didn't work either. The location is amazing, and the room was very quiet at night, which was good. Other than that, horrible experience overall.

Location is great.

Poor management and indifferent attitude at times. Overall the staff were helpful and attentive, but the place felt like it was disorganized and/or lacking in sufficient staff.

Location is the best part, concierge service was perfect so is the bill captain and for the first time they manage to give most of the rooms next to each other (thanks).

Check-inn wasn't friendly and lack of information, rooms need to be renovated.

It was a very nice hotel.... and the staff is very gentle....Cleaness, food, and in general everything if fine... the ubication is great

I think you need more connections for electronic devices.... especially in rooms for 4 people...

Housekeeping is really not good.

The reception staff did not follow my request on which card to deduct from although I told them 3 times. Eventually, the amount was deducted twice because non of the reception staff listened to my request. I booked free cancellation and payment at the property, yet the hotel deducted big amount of money saying they are only testing if I have money in my credit card!
