Au 5 ème étage sans ascenseur la chambre entre deux nuits non faite,pas d' internet et une télé avec une chaîne sur deux quand elle veut bien fonctionner, cela fait beaucoup trop.

The hotel is located in a fantastic place. It’s very close to the Arc and it’s easy to get to all the main locations in Paris even on foot. The surroundings have an extreme French vibe. It felt like we were in a movie. The interior is also very pleasant. The stuff is helpful and smiley, I loved everyone.

Beware of the stairs, there’s now elevator. We stayed on 5th floor. It’s took some energy to get there 😁 for young or sporty is acceptable

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable y con gran disposición. Ubicado cercano a atracciones turísticas y comercio en general.

No presentaba Wifi, limpieza no muy prolija, puerta de baño no cerraba completamente y el subir los bolsos es por escaleras (pero esto se da en muchos lugares de Paris).

Location is perfect. Room is very basic but has what it needs for a good short stay and price was among cheapest for that area. The location is really great. Couple min walk from arc de triomphe and champs Élysée, a little further but walking distance from the Eiffel tower . Nice little market with fresh fruit down the street (which created some noise in the room) but manageable. Room had everything needed. Many breakfast area, coffee place and lunch place around the area.

We had informed upfront we needed to do a early checking as we had an event. Was ok if we paid a supplement. When arrived the room wasn’t ready so the staff tried to find a solution and gave us access to another room with a shower while they finished our room (that was a kind gesture even if it would have been nicer to have our room ready as requested in first place). There is no working WiFi in the place. The staff was a little intrusive (we were a little stressed as we have only short amount of time to get ready) but it felt a bit intrusive that he kept saying « you look stressed » and making couple comment making us feel uncomfortable.
