En el restaurante el trato del Capitán de meseros señor Rafael. El hacer sentir mal en los 3 días a mí y a mi familia, con relación de los desayunos incluidos. Realice reservación para 3 adultos y un menor , (teníamos dos desayunos de cortesía , y teníamos claro el consumo de un adulto adicional y el menor de 10 años ). Se contradijo con la edad del menor, no es relevante el pago por el menor sino la forma del señor Rafael , incluso realizó maltratos a otros meseros frente a nosotros donde realmente meseros nos trataron con atención y respeto. comentó que la reserva del hotel no tiene nada que ver con el restaurante y es contradictorio al pedirnos número de habitación a buen trato como clientes

The Overall Service. all the staff was always very helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient for my trip. food and cleanness for all the areas was important to me and they were great.

Well located, hotel with all the services you need. Pool is big and great for some relax time.

This is an old building and some facilities show wear and use. Also some furniture in rooms shows signs of time. In particular the phone in my room didn't work.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable pillows. Good breakfast and great coffee.

Pool was closed, rugs are dusty and dirty, building is a bit derelict, needs an upgrade. Beds and pillows are comfy but have a peculiar moldy smell, like moist towels. Toilet was busted, needed to open the top a few times to fix it myself. Shower is tough to get in and out of, should have more anti-slip things, handles.

the wifi did not work well on the room & the Marriott hotel has his own exchange rate of the dollar to the Mexican peso which makes the room 12% more expensive then the price you booked !!! Be aware of this ! it’s pure robbery and Booking.com should have warned us as they put on the booking confirmation ‘to the daily rate’
