Centrally located in the small elegant town Tudela. Reception clerk very freindly and helpfull. Room spacious and super clean, and its the first hotel the mirror designed with the shaving men in mind.
Could add vegetables to breakfast, but this is an issue common to all hotels in Spain. Otherwise: nothing to complain about.
Tuesday night 90% of this town was closed in the evening, don't know if this is common or just our luck.

Hay quien lo llama El Parador de Tudela, y sin duda podría serlo por su magnífico edificio histórico en el que está enclavado. Sin embargo, sería equiparable a los Paradores más antiguos que están un poco desfasados y necesitan una actualización de su diseño. Por supuesto que, aunque un poco viejuno en su estética, está perfectamente limpio y mantenido escrupulosamente.
Habitación de tamaño muy generoso con una tranquila terraza. En general mucha tranquilidad en todo el hotel y unos generosos salones para estar descansando incluyendo que te puedes tomar café cortesía de la casa.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación requeriría al menos de una nota explicativa de su funcionamiento, ya que no es como suele ser habitual de control individual en el que tu le dices la temperatura que quieres. Es general para todo el hotel y te permite subir (+) y bajar (-) tres puntos arriba o abajo. El problema es que no te dice si lo que subes y bajas es la temperatura o subes y bajas el frío por lo que es un poco descontrol hasta que lo puedes dominar y pasamos frío.

Excellent location in the centre of town. Good, secure parking. The staff were very helpful and provided a map of the town with suggestions of where to visit and eat. Rooms clean.

front of house staff excellent,offered to help as my wife has a broken shoulder and i needed it. nothing was too much trouble.small hotel with no bar,but an excellent secure car park.room with terrace booked the night before was great. great bed and pillows

Room was very noisy. I could not sleep due to groups of people shouting all night in the street in front of the room. Nobody did nothing. Windows have no soundproof effect. Rest is good and staff is friendly.

View on parking place, street at front side was broken up. Room was bit run down. Shower - bath tap didn't function well. Window couldn't be opened. Heating/cooling systeem didn't seem to respond properly.

works in the street, from 8 in the morning it was impossible to sleep.
the breakfast, they were not ready to receive many guests. we have to wait for bread, there were no several items that run out and there were not more.

The location is very good, the breakfast is of great quality and the cleaning is well done.
The soundproofing of the room is not so good, so noise from neighboring rooms and the street can be heard, which is a bit disturbing.

I thought the staff were fantastic with great recommendations on where to eat, always greeting me by my name during my stay which made me feel at home. The breakfast was nice and fresh with a good range. The gym facilities were good also with a good range of simple equipment with the sauna and steam room.
The road access getting in was challenging even with the directions provided early. It was good that the hotel sent it out prior to arriving to set the expectations. I am sure it will be nice once it is finished! :)

very nice hotel located on the edge of the center.
a nice big room, excellent shower, very good beds, fridge, a spacious (paid) parking and very friendly and helpful staff.
when after one day the air conditioning refused service we got a quick upgrade to a comparable room with a nice large balcony.

Very nice building with private, secure car park. (extra cost) The hotel is unusual as it has no bar, instead it has a self service fridge, bar area, take what you want and let reception know, which was fine for our visit.
Room was big and spacious, clean, with a nice bathroom, a little negative was that it was a corner room with two streets that at times got noisy.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Secure parking. Comfortable lobby.
Shower over bath needs updating. Pillows too soft. Only one complimentary small bottle of water for two people, and only for two days out of four, during a heatwave. Parking charge of 17 euro a day expensive compared to similar places we stayed on a road trip in northern Spain and France. Description says there is a bar: in reality this is a fridge in the lobby.

The receptionist, Louis, was very helpful and satisfactorily resolved an error i had made in my booking. He also was very helpful in recommending a restaurant for us to eat and in making the reservation.
The room air-conditioning was too strong and we needed to turn it off from time to time to achieve a satisfactory temperature.
